Do not get rip- off by this place. The Hands-on Computer Repair (HOCR) supposedly replaced my desk top hard drive 2 years ago. I was charged additional $99 for hard drive purchased on top of service fee. My computer continue to make an annoying noise after service but told it was just a fan but no need to be replaced. I was receiving a cancer treatment, therefore, I gotten used to using my iPad in my bed and I hardly used my desk top computer other then used it to print some medical forms. But I was still bother by noise every time I use it so I finally took it to another computer repair shop and

Just left for the 3rd time, iPad mini screen fix still not done 3 weeks later. First they ordered the wrong part, next they were not open during the stated open hours time and last I asked to turn it on after the screen was fixed. I had to go get my own charger out of my car because they didn't have one. How do you not have the proper chargers to verify your work was done properly? Sure enough even though the screen was fixed the digitizer was not working. Still waiting on my iPad back. This is not the place for any screen replacement issues.

I've been working with these guys since 2003. They have always done an excellent job of building my systems, and their tech support is quick and detailed. As long as these guys are in business, I will use them. They have never inflated charges, or failed to fix what I needed, quickly and with a friendly manner.

This is a great shop! Reasonable price, no up selling, quick fast service. Had a problem with my HP, they Kyle discovered my motherboard was bad. No Charge. I went home and purchased another laptop off of Ebay and returned back to Hands on Computer Repair so they could transfer all of my files from my old hard drive to my new laptop for only $50. Good overall experience. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go there for their electronic repairs.

I recently took a laptop to Hands On for repair. They offered several options and was willing to work with me to meet my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and was patient with all of my questions. I also felt their prices were very reasonable. The whole experience was much more personal than at the large retail stores. I will definitely take repairs to them again.

Horrible!! This guys are just rookies and inexperienced. When I took my laptop for them to fix,the computer was working perfectly. The only problem was that little AC part (where you connect the charger). It was loose and to make it work I use to move the cable side to side and hold it in place but after do that, everything used to work perfectly. This guys told me that there was no problem and these little peace can be replaced and that it only cost a couple bucks. Ok,after two full weeks, they finally called me and my laptop was "fixed". They charged $99.00 for labor and $14.99 + S&H (I found that
