Lake Street Station Winery
Years later, the service bays were added until the Gas Station closed down in the 1970's. The city of Geneva then acquired the property. In 2003, Sampson Glass, an auto glass repair shop, occupied the building and two years later, in 2005, the Greyhound Bus Station took residence.

In 2013, the current owners, Donna and Bob Stivers had the building renovated and created The Station and kept the old Texaco theme, a place where you can still Fill 'Er Up, but it's going into glasses, not gas tanks. The Station opened Memorial Day Weekend 2013 off of Routes 5&20. The wine bar is walkable from downtown Geneva, Hampton Inn and Ramada Inn.
Services
This delightful unoaked semi-dry Chardonnay is sure to be crisp and refreshing. With notes of green apple and pear, it makes a wonderful accompaniment to trout, roast chicken or other lighter fare. A bright and clean, dry white that is long in flavor, excites your senses with the spiciness of cloves and the sweet crispness of lychee.
In our Texaco themed liquor boutique, liquor prices are lower than ever. We have a great variety of sizes, airplane sized 50ml bottles, medium sized 375ml bottles and 1 liter bottles. Try a tasting of Lake Street's wines which include our signature, Hot Rod Blush, Hot Rod Red, Hot Rod White & 5&20 High Test.
With a view of Seneca Lake, a beautiful out door patio area, and just steps away from Geneva's thriving downtown, The Station makes for a beautiful event venue. Cocktail parties, meet and greats, network nights, birthday parties, we have seen it all. Give us a date, time and occasion and we will do the rest for you!

Bought two fish fries-both good. The owner trusted me to start cooking while I went to get cash. He could not take credit cards. His food truck is there weekends-we will go there again.

When a group of 9 comes into your EMPTY bar, instead of immediately complaining that they should’ve made a reservation or called ahead of time, you should probably just be thankful for the business. A kind word and general politeness go far, and we were not welcomed with either of those this weekend. Very unfortunate that a local business would not hire employees who were interested in promoting the business and making sales.

We were excited to try this place. Looks cool from outside. Hours said until 7:30 PM. Got there at 6:45 PM. Owner really did not want the business and seemed anxious to close. Her friends were hanging out at the bar with full drinks. Most of the beers were not in stock. We had to settle for a Pabst Blue Ribbon. Quickly paid and sat outside because someone jacked up the level of sound on the music. As soon as we stepped outside, she pulled down the doors and closed. So many other good places to go in Geneva- skip this one.

Best. Place. Ever. MUST GO!!! A group of 12 nurses trying to enjoy a nice afternoon of wine tasting and be responsible with a bus to drive us. Almost every place in the area except this one gave us a hard time because of the amount of people. Doesn't more people = more business? Lake Street Station understood the importance of customer service 100%!!

Highlights :
- Patrick is by far the nicest and most helpful laid back, yet very professional bartender/employee. He single handedly made our group's whole day!
- Wine tasting their delicious "Hot Rod" wines. Full quality bar

My friends and I went on a wine tour and this was our last stop. I had a KILLER migraine the entire time. Upon stopping we were greeted with the friendliest staff who were ready to assist. The staff were very personable and made us feel so welcome. Vicki and Casey brought me ice water and soda, and even checked on me periodically to make sure I was feeling ok. There was a band playing down at the tiki hut north so the winery was closing ( for them to cook and serve down there ) and they invited us to join. We liked them so much we joined them down at the hut. When it was time to leave for the evening

I don't really consider this a winery. It's more like a snack shop that has wine tastings. However, the staff was friendly and helpful in regards to recommendations of other places to visit in the area. The homemade queso was sooooo good. Great place to stop for a snack. A little patio/yard area to sit outside. Also sell liquor (random).

This vintage former Texaco filling station sat unused and endangered for so many years. Everyone in town wanted it to be rescued and put back into use as something that would respect its history and make it a part of the town again. And we have it! The owners did a great job of revitalizing the building and keeping true to its Texaco style. Then they went one step further by giving their wines a "filling station" theme in the names and the label art. Oh, and they are really good wines too! The gift shop have some of the neatest gifts and a large selection of Italian specialties too. In the summer

Friendly staff. Wines are a mix of 3 Brothers and Hazlitt wines. For $5 you get to taste all wines on the list- 2 dry and 5 sweet. They have a board that offers wine trivia and offer free gifts, at times, with your tasting. Cute little stop.

This place gets 5 stars from me because of the awesome staff and service. Also, I really liked their wine for the value! Came on a bus wine tour with friends and it was our last stop. We were a little punchy, and the guy and girl working rolled with it. They were super friendly, really gave good perspective on the wines, and good amount of samples. We also all got a free Christmas ornament. I liked the Hot Rod varieties and the Catawba varieties being from the Niagara region and the Concord being from Chautauqua County. Well represented variety! They had a little bar on one side, and also offered

While on a wine tour, our limo driver suggested we stop here. Upon arriving, we found out that's because he got a free bottle of liquor for bringing us. Then the bartender tried to make us overpay for tastings- one member of our group gave him a $20 for her and her boyfriends tasting, he gave her back a $10 bill and then tried to make her boyfriend pay for his. Then when another member said he thought the little filling station that dispensed water was really cool, when he went to the bathroom the bartender made a comment that he was going to sucker the guy into buying one. REAL professional.
