My husband and I have been a customer of PCGeeks2Go from its inception when it was just Lincoln and his wife, Cici (sp). There is nobody better out there! They are honest and trustworthy and very affordable. We now live an hour away and still bring our computers to them. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do not usually leave reviews for businesses, but due to the excellent service I received I felt as if I had to express it to others. They took care of all the problems my PC had and gave an in-depth diagnostic of the problems. Their customer service is exceptional as they would update me on any fixes or underlying problems they had discovered. Highly recommend.

To be fair I gave three just because they didn't actually fix the issue. My laptop was diagnosed with a faulty wireless adapter by our remote IT and I was told to take it in and have it replaced. PC Geeks couldn't verify the diagnosis and despite having it for a number of days could not replicate the error. To their credit, they were honest in that they didn't just sell a part and shift me out the door, but they also were unable to resolve the issue.

I have a fairly high end custom gaming rig and got hit with a malicious bug. I also needed to upgrade my aging graphics card so I brought my PC to them and left it for a couple days with them to square it away. They went through the entire system checking all my hardware, thoroughly cleaned the machine inside and out, replaced my graphics card with a new one I provided and set me up with a program so they could fix any software issues remotely upon my request. I was very impressed with their work as well as their attitude. They treated me like a valued client, not like just some guy giving them

Was recommended here by a computer store near my home who wasn't able to help me. Chris was super helpful in walking me through the steps they would take and contact me as they analyzed my broken laptop. Communication was excellent. When it was decided that my 10 year old laptop wasn't worth fixing, Joe had me send him the specs on the laptops I was looking at and he talked me through the good and the bad as to how they would work to fit my needs. Once I got the new laptop I delivered it to them, and they transferred my data and set it up for me. Super professional job and excellent communication

My PC recently got hit with lightening. PC Geeks were very thorough in finding the problem which was the mother board. I had a couple issues when I got the computer home. They were able to access my computer via remote to assist with the issue. After several attempts, the owner Joe assured me they would correct the problem and sent one of his technicians out to the house. Lincoln was awesome and fixed the minor issue. Truly recommend these guys. Very professional and very reasonable with pricing.

This is the only place I trust with my tech needs! They don’t talk down to me when I ask questions! Are always able to fix my laptop! I won’t let anyone else ( and I’m a snowbird) touch my computer! They have the capability to log in to my computer, with my permission , and figure things out! If I bring it to them they upfront tell me how long it might take. Excellent customer service!

The lead technician either improperly installed my ssd or never bother to check it during the diagnostic that i paid for and told me that everything except the power supply was good to go. I spent the next 2 days trying to install windows but i could not because of a "no drivers found" error.
I had to pay Geek Squad $100 to correct this and install windows. They informed me that the ssd card was not seated correctly and thats why windows couldnt install.

Best professional computer repair people. I have been dealing with Lincoln, Cece and his workers for many years and will not change. They are polite, respectful and have fair pricing. Don't bother to check out other computer repair shops...you will be disappointed. They know what they are doing and always do it with a smile. I highly recommend them.

These folks are GREAT! When you are 1,100 miles from home, on a tight schedule, and your computer dies, it is not a happy situation. Joseph jumped right in, correctly analyzed the problem(s), explained what he was doing and why as he proceeded, and promptly got my machine back up and running. Exceptional service, rapid response, personable and knowledgeable personnel and reasonable pricing. Five stars are not enough!

My business laptop was having all kinds of problems along with my Quickbooks program. Joe was amazing from kind, patient and courteous customer service to his excellent knowledge of computer repair! Our ancient computer died at the worst possible time (during our recent move), just when we needed it most. Lincoln and his staff confirmed that it could not be saved, calmed our panic attack, gave excellent advice for a replacement, and salvaged the data from our deceased PC. It's so nice to find prompt, reliable service like this in today's world!
