First class service from phoenix computers, screen on laptop cracked and asked if it could be fixed, Peter said he would check the type of screen needed and ring me with the price before doing anything, he called back within about 10 minutes with the price, which was very competitive and it was fixed and ready to pickup in 2 days.

Excellent quick service - especially during the current COVID climate. Honest and professional company, took my computer to them on the Tuesday. The issue was diagnosed the same day and returned to me on the Wednesday. Open and honest communications throughout, would highly recommend for any computer related issues. Excellent service from start to finish. Answered the phones before they officially opened and instructed me when to bring it down. Considering the current situation they couldn't be more friendly, and got my computer back with 24 hours for a price far below what big retailers were offering. 100% recommend, and will be taking all of my computer issues back here.

Took my iPhone 6s Plus into Phoenix today. Devastated as my phone had just gone off. Tried everything, no joy. Peter the Dad kept me entertained while his clever son tried to resurrect my very dead phone (apart from some guy talking like Alexis!!! He never gave up and it was looking unfixable for a time but he was so patient as he had never come across this issue before but after using his very clever skills and a bit of research he resolved it. He is a genius !!!!! Thank you so much. My life was in that phone. You are absolutely brilliant. Could not recommend you enough. Saved me a new costly

Today i had the pleasure of visiting Phoenix Computers. Heard only positive things about this place so i headed for them for help with my laptop. Pete was outstanding and we realised we had a love of guitars in common which resulted in an afternoon jam while he introduced me to great music. Needless to say he fixed my laptop and got it sorted. 5 star review. Top man. Great to meet you fella and good jammin'
