Dr Bucha is the best professional veterinarian and his wonderful staff we have had the privilege of experiencing recently. Our senior cat received excellent care and his prices are standard prices every vet uses. We drove over an hour to bring Charly to him, but the care he received exceeds what others are offering.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Dr. Bucha is extremely difficult to talk with. He is very negative and tries to sell you only products that the he has for sale at his office. I have been taking my dog there for 3 years and always left with a negative experience. I will be going to a different Vet from now on.

Dr. Bucha was extremely rude during this visit. He tried to charge over $600 for my cat with diarrhea and then refused to treat after I requested only dewormer to start with. Staff are always nice but this vet is only in this profession for money and I highly recommend an alternate vet. My sister is a vet and she is appalled by his medical recommendations. I am a human physician and would never treat my patients the way he treated my cat.

While the staff was very pleasant, Dr. Bucca was not. He was rude to my husband and uncompassionate towards our 12-year old cat and her health issues, saying she was a "mean cat". No, she's a scared cat being poked and prodded by a stranger in a mask w/out her "pet dad" with her due to covid restrictions, but she's a good judge of character!

Dr Bucha has been taking care of my girl Raven since she was a baby. Honestly, I won't trust her with anyone else. Then staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything and take their time with me. Raven also goes for their grooming services each month. They do a really nice job with her bath and nails. To the entire staff, thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl.
