Melody is amazing. Someone above seems to have posted a batch of one star reviews from the same IP address. I guess they did not know the IP addresses could be tracked and identified? Some people just don’t understand tech and try to abuse it, especially when they have obvious “importance” issues to deal with. It’s a shame Google hasn’t figured out the gaming of the system by a petty person and posting under an alias repeatedly over a week or so. I have worked with a lot of realtors, this broker and her associates (Shannon Park) are scammers. Buyers be aware don’t disclose your bank statements or Financial information to them. They will mark up the house base on your Financial capability.
I was in escrow, Shannon did not take the house off market they started to work behind my back. During my house inspection other realtors would walk-in with their clients for house tour. I ask Shannon why the house is still on market, she said “we cannot take the house off market because it was rental”... me not having my own agent I trusted these
