We have been doing a lot of caterings including company meetings, weddings, house parties, events, and etc. Whether you're planning a large gala or a small party get together with friends. Our chef hand picks the best fish and ingredient from the market everyday. We do have all kinds of fish and custom made rolls. Whatever kind of style u like, we can make it for you. Before we go cater at your place, we will always send our customer menu for review and discuss with the customer first.

Ray's Sushi catering was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had. Our guests were flabbergasted by the amount and quality of the food. Ray was very professional and prompt in his reply's. He had a preset menu that i was able to tweak to accommodate the likings of my family. The quality of the fish was top notch and the price was unbelievable. His chefs came2 hours before the event fully prepared and started the prep and presentation on site. Everything was delicious and fresh. They cleaned as they prepared and cleaned everything and packed up. It was absolutely one of my best events

Great presentation, very affordable and all the guests really loved the food. They were accommodating when we requested different options as well and fast responses. This is a perfect spot to cater any size get together ! We had around 60 people over a few hours and they had the perfect assortment. I also requested this last minute and it went very smooth. Ray's Catering provided 5 star sushi and the best customer service for our work party last month. The sushi was fresh and made to order and easily fed 140 guests in less than an hour with plenty left over. The display was beautiful and Ray and his team not just met our expectations but exceeded them. I would highly recommend themat your next corporate event or any occasion, really. I hired them to cater for my 30th birthday party and it was the best decision ever! Ray was communicative and professional, and his staff showed up 2 hours early on the day of the event! My guests and I had never experienced sushi catering before and we just loved it! The sushi chef thought we would have some left overs to pack up, but to his surprise, my guests and I ate every last bit of sushi he served! The sushi was simply delicious and fresh! We hope to hire them again for a future event.

If you're having ANY type of event, big or small-- do NOT pass up on Ray's Sushi. We've had them join us at every party since 2017 and Ray's Sushi is always MORE THAN A HIT! Our guests were SO impressed, as their service is impeccable. They are professional, flexible, and reliable. I did not have to worry at all beforehand, during the party, or after, as Ray's Sushi made the process seamless. Not to mention-- THE SUSHI IS AMAZING. So fresh and restaurant-quality. We hosted a 100 day celebration for my daughters and hire them as catering.
One of the best decision! They are simply amazing.
They did show up an hour earlier than expected, but it was all good. They still stay at the allowed timeframe of the party. It was very nice on their part.
The sushi they serve looks great and tasted fresh and delicious. It was perfect. All the guest loved it and enjoy it greatly.
They even have a sushi boat set up. It looks wonderful. Also, the sushi chefs are very entertaining and enjoyable. The guests enjoy talking to them as well.
I definitely will be hiding them

Chef Ray and team did a fantastic job catering for my son's birthday party! They arrived early to set up and they were able to work with the limited space in our open kitchen. They are very friendly and courteous to us and our guests. The sushi boat became the focal point of the party, mainly because the chefs kept the delicious sushi coming nonstop. Where do I begin....Ray and his partner were the hit of our son's college graduation party! They came early to prepare and were very professional, courteous and provided the most delicious sushi! I should have just stuck to the sushi because hardly anyone touched the chicken karaage. The sushi kept coming and coming and coming.
