Billotti's just catered my wedding and it was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Nick is so easy to work with, and his communication was great. Planning a wedding during a pandemic isn't optimal but Nick was the easiest part of the planning. The day of the wedding Nick and his crew showed up and totally put together a pasta bar that was nothing short of amazing. We had passed appetizers that were so good that my guests are still raving about them, followed by a pasta dinner that was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond what was asked. They kept asking how else they can help and what they can do. Amazing Food! We had the absolute pleasure having Nick and his team cater our daughter's wedding. We had the pasta bar. Our guests were raving about the food and many went back for more. His appetizers were also a huge hit. Everything was very professional and Nick took care of all the details and made sure it was a success. This was the best thing we did!!

Nick and his team from Billotti's Catering catered my rehearsal dinner.. Their self contained pasta bar was perfect for the venue, which did not have great access to outlets or have an on site kitchen. Nick was personable and flexible, rolling with the punches when we were a little behind schedule.

My guests raved about the choose your own pasta options, which included vegan and gluten free pasta and sauces. The vegetables, meats and cheeses were all clearly fresh and everything tasted great.

The Party I attended did a Sliders bar with two salads, chips and appetizers and there wasn't a thing on my plate that wasn't to die for delicious! We chose Billotti's to cater our wedding, and we were so glad that we did. We chose the pasta bar, and it was amazing. Our guests got to choose anything that they wanted in their pasta, so it was so much more fun than the typical "rubber chicken" dinner that you get at so many weddings or banquets. We attended a beautiful birthday party in Arcadia this weekend. There was a pasta bar and I was not expecting much because most are just mediocre. So I was stunned when I bit into the most delicious pasta combination I've probably ever had.
My friend who threw the party said she got lucky and randomly picked someone off the Internet.

I want to throw party now just so I can have them make me and my friends dinner. I only wish they had a restaurant so we could go anytime we wanted.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Nick, Phillip, and the rest of the guys. I feel like I made new friends. They were more than just caterers to me. From start to finish, Nick was absolutely amazing. They catered my wedding this past Saturday. I can't count how many guests told me it was the best wedding food they have ever had and I couldn't agree more. The crew even help set up a bounce house! They went above and beyond. Billotti's catered my mom's 60th surprise party, we had about 50 people. We ordered appetizers and the pasta bar. Everything was fantastic!! The red sauce was delicious! the guests were raving about the food even the next day at brunch! Thank you Nick for helping us make my mom's party a success!

I met Nick Billotti about 6 weeks back when previewing a new venue (HOWL in Long Beach) along with the event coordinator, florist, etc. hired by our bride and groom. Nick is very personable and professional and I was looking forward to working alongside his company for an upcoming October wedding. I work in the wedding industry and am out at different venues each weekend and have had the privilege of enjoying many catered meals.

My husband and I went with Billotti's catering for our wedding and we couldn't be happier . Billotti's catering was an excellent choice and we're so happy we went with them . This review is WAY over due. I hired Billotti's catering for my wedding on 9/13/14. We had the two pasta bars set up and let me tell you.... AMAZING!!!
Food: From the veges, to the different sauces, and all kind of pastas and meats was simply incredible. The chef's asked what you wanted and made exactly that in such a reasonable time.
Service: Nick, Tiffany and their staff are very professional, have fun attitudes, and over all very helpful.
I recommend Billotti's Catering to each person who needs catering done for a special event.
Our food at the wedding was the talk of the town

Billotti's catered my engagement cocktail party for 60 people. All of our guests raved about the food, and Nick, who they found very charming. We loved the bruschetta, the sliders, and the filet mignon wraps. My family is a picky bunch, but this was the best Italian catering we've ever had.

Other pluses: Nick was easy to work with and flexible, while other caterers I consulted were rigid and not accommodating.

Overall, we were very happy and satisfied.

If you're looking for reasonably priced caterer who will work with you, create a beautiful setup, AND provide delicious food for your wedding reception, you really don't need to look any further.

Planning: Nick was SO helpful with planning! Most of my communication with him was done through email (which I prefer) and he always responded in a very timely manner. He drove out to our home to go over a contract with us, and also drove to our reception location before the wedding to make sure he would bring the right size tables, etc. for his set-up.

Set-Up: They arrived at 12pm (4.5 hours before the event) to set everything up. Set-up was included in the price of the contract.
