Thank you Kim and team for making our sale as seamless as possible! With a toddler and a newborn, we expected the selling process to be quite stressful. We did not realize just how much Kim and her team would alleviate any and all stress throughout the process. They took care of every detail, in the most professional way, and communicated each and every step to us in a clear and timely manner. We honestly did not have to worry about anything. My husband and I were faced with emptying out and selling a deceased loved one's home, which can be very difficult/emotional. Kim and her team were extremely helpful and supportive and did so much to make it as painless as possible. They were very responsive and communicated with us clearly and frequently through every step of the process. I believe she got us the best price and was incredibly patient with answering all our (sometimes dumb) questions.

We worked with Kim to buy our home in 2014, and her knowledge and connections were invaluable to us then. Kim is very professional and patient. I couldn’t say enough how much I appreciated her help. As first time home buyers, we had tons of questions and basically clueless of the process. Kim took the time to answer our questions and help us understand the process. She knows the north shore area very well. We found the prefect house during our second tour! We initially when we decided begin home shopping, we were recommended to a different realtor, but we met Kim while looking at a home we saw online. Luckily after meeting Kim, we realized how knowledgeable and patient she is. As first time home buyers we were looking for someone who would educate us, guide us through the process, and go "up to bat" for us if we decided to put in an offer. Kim provided all this and more.
