When it was time for my mom to move closer to family I arrived back in Boston to do a very fast move. Steve and I have had the unbelievable good luck to have worked with Pat Fitzgerald of Brad Hutchinson Real Estate five times in the past twenty-nine years. Pat helped us find our first house in Melrose. When we moved to New York City, Pat sold that house for us, and we were thrilled to work with her again on the purchase of our second house in Melrose several years later. When Pat sold that second house and we retired to Florida, it seemed unlikely that we would work together again. This time, Pat trekked over to Essex County to help us after we grew tired of endless sunshine.

My wife grew up in Melrose, so when it became time to sell the family home, we turned to Brad Hutchinson Real Estate, and were fortunate to meet the team of Hannah Johnston and Chad Ehrenson. They were available every step of the way, handling the open house and bringing us 8 offers, one of which was substantially more than asking.
