Was here last evening. We started with eggplant rolatini It was by far the worst I have ever had. It was hard and crusty and had to have been cooked before and the filling was watery. The chicken parm had been cooked in old oil that was too hot. Burnt on one side. The pasta was horrible and was spaghetti not angle hair. The best thing about this place was the staff who were sitting wrapping silverware right behind us. Won't be back. Good cooks are hard to find I understand but nobody is checking the quality. It's too bad as they just re opened and maybe they had an off night.

Chicken Alfredo was extremely bland, pasta tasted like water, chicken was very rubbery. Had to throw it on the stove and add separate ingredients to make it relatively edible. Definitely not ordering this dish from there again, on a side note, the pizza is absolutely gas.

Gave this place a shot after the reopen - not what it was before. Similar experience that we had at Alamo (also owned by them).
We got chicken Alfredo, a calzone, and some other items. The calzone was undercooked, greasy, only had the toppings inside u see roughly half of the dough. They weren't evenly spread, like it was held sideways, dumped in, and baked. Less than stellar for the price.
The chicken looked like it was seared on the outside. When cut open, still pink like it just got slaughtered. Kitchen may have been in a rush since it was fairly busy, but quality or food safety shouldn't

I brought my wife and her daughter here for the evening last night. The food was not anything special. The egg plant parm was disgusting! Our waiter was terrible - will not go back. We can make better Italian at home. We left early and ended up going to the north end to find better food.

Tried their new restaurant in Fitchburg and not impressed. The order consisted of chicken ziti and broccoli, a large cheese pizza, Buffalo tenders (turned out to be wings) and a side of fries. The chicken ziti and broccoli was drowning.. quite literally, in oil. And packed at the bottom of our takeout bag to leak oil all over the car floor. The wings weren't Buffalo but drizzled with Buffalo sauce with leaving more sauce in the bottom of the to go container than covering any of the wings. The side of fries were soggy and not even salted. The pizza was alright might not be my "style"

Surprisingly, low quality food. Our most recent experience was dinner for 3 adults, where all 5 items ordered were not good.

There were no beets in the "Roasted Beet Salad"! How can that be?
Our two "Farm to Table" pizzas, were completely missing a number of ingredients listed on the menu. There was no pesto base (absolutely no sign of it or taste of it); missing the zucchini and the squash. There was a tiny amount of spinach and red onion. The "heirloom tomatoes" were some very thin slices of basic tomato. However, there was a huge amount of cheese. Why

Excellent chicken picatta and caesar salad with steak at lunch. Good distancing and safety protocols. Barriers between tables. Masked and pleasant waitress.

We have been biking to Pepperell for a while now and just eating snacks on the way. We decided to try something new so we found Mariano's. The service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses were super super nice and cheerful and were really helpful too!
The food was did not disappoint either!!!!! Our group ordered a lot - Lobster mac'n cheese, a custom pasta (linguine + bolognese + meatballs), eggplant parm (Melanzane alla Parmigiana) , a pizza (Sweet Heat pizza), and more. The presentation for the food was really nice especially for the Tuscan wings but they tasted so good that they were

This place hands down has some of the best Pizza around. I did get a calzone once that could have used a bit more filling, still delicious but the Pizza is worth the drive from Nashua, NH it's that good.

Not sure how we never knew about Mariano's.

We headed to Mariano's for lunch during the week. We were pleasantly surprised by this ristorante in Pepperell.

I opted for an Italian Salad and added shrimp. The salad was ultra fresh and the shrimp was delicious. Typically when you order shrimp to be added on you get shrimp that is on the smaller side. Not a Mariano's!

We learned about their two for $22 one-topping pizzas so opted to try that later in the week. We were happy with the pizza but just as a side note....if you get a two-topping pizza the deal is a no-go. We lost out

We recently moved to nearby Groton and this has turned into our go-to place when we want to go out on a weeknight. The pizzas and salads are excellent. I personally love the blackened salmon. The servers are super-sweet and attentive. Prices are reasonable. We have been sitting outside because the weather has been good... and Covid and all. Despite being near the road, it is generally nice and quiet and enjoyable.

Best pizza in town, but it is on the pricier side. I've only eaten at the restaurant once, but we had a good time. From what I remember the service was good and the food was good.

Reasonable prices, delicious food & excellent service in the restaurant.
However, service was very slow, which sometimes happens when you are waiting for good food.
So, we opted to order take-out instead on our next visit.
Long story short, it took about an hour to get our food even though the initial estimate was 20 minutes, then 30 minutes....
Some items were cold while some items were hot.
Honestly, I think the forgot about part of our order and had to rush to finish the order after we arrived.
Will not return again.

First time at Marianos! I love good italiano! The veal parm was excellent! What really stood out were the mussels! That sauce was to die for! Served with the perfectly toasted toast. The service was good. Maybe they need a bit of work on remembering what you ordered. They forgot my order of cheesey garlic bread to compliment the meal. They hopped right on it when i reminded them. All in all im so full and happy! Authentic Italian dishes done very well! Kendra, our waitress was so attentive and it was nice to see someone who really loved her job! Bravo!

We came here on Thursday (the last Thursday before Christmas), and the parking lot was completely full, we felt a bit discouraged but since it was my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday we went inside to put our names in for a table. The dining room is fairly small, and so is the granite top bar- but the atmosphere is homey and slightly romantic. Much to our surprise they had a table for us right away, our server was Maura W. and she was FANTASTIC! The entire restaurant was full and filling up with more people looking to be seated, our drinks took a little while but that is to be expected with how

Went here for lunch with my husband and a friend.

My husband's veal parm sandwich was wonderful and we loved the chips made in house.

I had the mussels. They could use more garlic but they were fine and the garlic bread was good.

My friend had a bowl of the minestrone soup, also good. She got a Tuscan salad to go because she had enjoyed it so much as take out.

The service was lovely. I would definitely return of only it were closer.

We stopped for lunch on our way back home after a weekend in Portland, Maine so our expectations were high. Mariano's didn't disappoint. My wife had spaghetti
Bolognese and it was simply delicious! I had the meatballs in marinara sauce and they were just as good! Pasta is homemade and SO tender you can immediately tell the quality. Desserts looked good but pricey. Full bar and good wine list is a plus. A "broken" cappuccino
machine was a minus. Pizza looked good and worth trying as are the other entrees. Definitely will be returning and re-reviewing in the process
