Reached out to Hawaiian Beach Rentals to book a condo for Jan 2020. They were very helpful locating a few options for us on short notice. We decided to stay for 2 weeks and changing condo's halfway through. When we arrived at first condo Kamaole Nalu, we were very disappointed to see the actual unit and the condition it was, stained carpets, ripped furniture, fridge was falling apart. When we reached out to Jason Miles and his wife they were no help at all and stated that we would have to take this up with management company looking after the condo complex. I was shock to find this out. I now know

Highly enjoyed our experience. The booking process was smooth and easy to use, and the customer service was very helpful any time we had questions or needed anything. They gave great recommendations on what to do in the area, and our condo was great. We loved our trip, and are excited to take another soon with Hawaiian Beach Rentals.

Just booked a vacation to Maui and could not be happier with the service that Hawaiian Beach Rentals offered. We have a big group going and were having a hard time finding a home that would accommodate us all. The agent I worked with responded to my request quickly and actually gave me 3 different options to look at. I would highly suggest this company.

Only because it is a NON SMOKING property, I am giving it a Very Good instead of an excellent, smokers have to leave the property or stand by the barbecue, or the dumpster to smoke a cigarette, that being said I do understand why, because of the climate, and you really don't need your Air Conditioner, people leave their sliding doors, and windows open. I do think think they should have a spot in a covered area that you can smoke, so no one has to get soaked like I did to have a smoke. Now that said, it is the only bad thing I have to say about the condo. It's an older building, but the unit was
