We have great beaches all over the island. Kailua Beach and Park & Lanikai Beach are walking distance from our cottages and homes. Both beaches were previously rated number 1 in the U.S. by Dr. Beach and have fine powder white sand. Famous for outstanding surfing, the Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach Park on the North Shore are two of the most famous breaks.

We were a family group of 25 attending a wedding at Kailua. After an exhaustive search, Kailua Properties were perfect for us. Angela was a great hostess and attended quickly to any problems that we had. Family groups could be together in individual houses but we were all within a short walk from each other. Proximity to the beach was ideal and other amenities were close by. The houses were older style homely cottages with plenty of room and were clean and comfortable and with adequate parking for vehicles. This was certainly the best value for money we could find and we were not disappointed in

We have stayed at three places managed by Kailua Beach Properties and enjoyed each one. Angela is a joy to work with and their places are “true Hawaiian homes” meaning they are older and have great character. That means they are fun, not awful with quirks. We are currently at Kailua Beach Cottages where most of the renters have been returning for years and we see why. Charming, close to the beach, next to Kalapawai Market, 3/4 mile from town and totally adequate (except for the knives, would suggest you bring your own if you cook at all). hope to rent through them for many years to come.

We have been staying at Kailua Beach Properties almost yearly for more than 20 years, but hadn't been back for 4 years, until April 2018. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners have made a lot of improvements to their rentals. We found new windows, new lanai decking, new kitchen, new bathroom and new tongue and grove ceiling. This is not the most luxurious place to stay, but it is very comfortable and we've found their prices to be among the most reasonable.
One huge plus for us is that there is no cleaning fee, which I find excessive for other property owners. If you are relatively neat

We'd highly recommend Pat's for a Hawaii vacation rental. Angela offered great advice on which rentals would meet our needs and with her guidance we choose 28 Palione Place. Situated on a private road just a block from the beach it was great for our entire family. A couple things to be aware of when renting this house. First it's a beach house so no A/C. In February with an ocean breeze that was fine and it was actually cool at night. In the summer you might wish you had A/C. Second there are a couple of things that are dated on this house. The kitchen is functional but old so don't expect the

We just returned from our vacation in Kailua and had a wonderful time. We rented the 3 bedroom house with a pool in Kailua which was perfect. It has the beach house feel and the pool was nice when you didn’t want to go to the beach at night to swim. The house has all of the amenities you need, you can barbecue on the back patio, prepare meals when you don’t feel like going out and just kick back and relax. We were there when Hurricane Olivia was headed our way and Angela contacted us to make sure we were prepared and dropped off flashlights in the event we lost power. They care about the well

My sister and I had left Waikiki after just one horror noisy night in a condo there and drove towards Kailua just because we wanted to leave the Honolulu chaos as soon as possible. We stopped at Kailua Beach Park just for a break and started thinking about where to spend the rest of our week in Oahu. We went online and started checking possible accommodation options in the area knowing full well that there are very few hotels outside Honolulu. We were also looking for something we could afford, after cancelling our booking at the condo, but still losing some money in doing so. We found Pat's website

Superb personalized service! I cannot say enough good things about Angela and her peerless team. From 2010 – 2014 our expectations were vastly exceeded and I would confidently recommend Kailua Beach Properties to anyone looking to rent out a Hawaii home.
We are military, non-resident owners who were quite wary about selecting the right property manager given the high level of trust and confidence required when you are six time zones and 6,000 miles away. As it turned out, we could not have been in better hands.
