Services
I am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice is based on the premise that what we think directly affects what we feel, which in turn effects how we act. The work we do together will focus very much on this process and personal goal attainment. Services will be provided in a safe, objective, respectful and non-judgmental way, in an office setting that is casual, comfortable and private.

I am a licensed marriage family therapist here in North Carolina. My goal is to create a safe and inviting atmosphere that encourages reflection. In my opinion, counseling underscores the power of storytelling by offering insight into the human experience that is simultaneously redemptive and healing.
