Services
As Children's Case Managers our primary focus is to be a bridge between families and community resources, while teaching advocacy skills along the way. Our Children's Case Management team is trained and experienced in assessing and coordinating resources. The development of an individualized treatment plan with parent/guardian involvement will serve as the guide to ensure that your child will continue to be successful after our services end.
As a Licensed Substance Use Disorder provider, we have developed a team of professionals that will work with you and your support systems to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that will guide you in being successful in your recovery. HealthInfoNet combines information from separate health care sites to create a single electronic patient health record. This allows approved health care providers to quickly access the information they need to make better decisions about their patients' care, especially in an emergency. HealthInfoNet is a Maine-based nonprofit.
