I've had 2 rides with Affinity and below are my general thoughts:
Punctuality - 2.5 stars. 1st trip: I paid $100 for Affinity because they could get my loved one home 2 hrs earlier. They ended up being 1.5 hrs late and refunded me only $25.00. I feel like they owe me $75.00. 2nd trip: no complaints, they were on time.
People - 4.0 stars. Most importantly, the EMTs were great. They were able to get my loved one to their destination in 1 piece, they were careful not to cause any discomfort, and in general, it felt as if they cared. The support staff were also kind, especially Oscar. He

Loved this company and how they treat their patients. The ones that assisted my grandpa, Tino and Christian, were on time, efficient, and professional. They were careful and kind. I would highly recommend them for your medical transit needs because they seem to care and give their attention to their patients.

You'd be better hiring someone off the street. We set up a transit for my father who needs a wheelchair. First off, I was quoted 3 different prices for the same services in the process of setting it up. I called Affinity to confirm the day before, and they charged the card. When they didn't show up at the appointed time, I called. Over the next 45 minutes I was told various stories by various dispatchers, including "20 more minutes," "just 10 more minutes." This is the only transportation company I use. Every time I have scheduled a ride for my elderly parent, the drivers have been on time, professional, Covid-aware, kind & patient. Twice I could not accompany my parent & all went great! Anita and Jesus are beyond helpful with scheduling. 5 stars!

I was thoroughly pleased with Affinity Transit's gurney service. The care and attention they gave to moving the patient from an upstairs bedroom to their vehicle was notable, and they made it look effortless! The patient was even surprised how completely comfortable he was during the entire process. I highly recommend them for your medical transport needs.

I was picked up at Cedars-Sinai in LA got a ride home to Oxnard. I had some people suggest taking an Uber, but I don’t know what I would have done if I had. The driver chose the best and most scenic route home. When I got home he efficiently moved me from the van to my house.

First time I've had to use a transport service like this and it was a great experience. I scheduled transport to take my mom, who has dementia, to a doctors appointment. The drivers, Tino (aka, Juventino S. who I just found out owns the business) and Ricardo, were fantastic - very friendly and professional. They were on time and did a great job providing gurney service. My bed-bound mom can get anxious when being moved, but Tino and Ricardo did a great job keeping her relaxed while moving her from her second floor bedroom to their vehicle. I used this transit service upon the recommendation of a friend. They were on time, and their employee was courteous, efficient, and right on time. However, once we called for pickup they refused to come and get my 96-year old father, a WWII veteran, because he had been tested for COVID19 while he was there.
Not that he had the virus - which he did not - but that they had TESTED him for it.

I highly recommend Affinity Transit. Our family has used their services several times already. They have always arrived and dropped off on time, and have been very respectful and courteous to my mom. She needs gurney transport to and from doc appointments. She was hit by a car while crossing the street. It feels nice to use a family owned business, who actually cares about your own family member. My mother needed transport home and the Hospital put us in wrong service . Thank goodness I was in the sprinter as we headed toward LA ... I spoke to our sweet Jamie (our driver ) " think we are going in wrong direction " he asked if we were the ..... family , we were not . He pulled over called dispatch and I spoke to Tino and told him of my mothers fragile state and the took us home anyway . What a lovely company and such wonderful customer care ...

I witnessed a wheel chair van arrive to pick up a patient and instead of coming inside to "pick up" the patient the driver stood out side his van for almost 30min and when the medical office staff asked why he didn't come in to get the patient, the driver responded with attitude saying "we do not come inside to get the patient... you must bring them to me at the van.".
I can not speak for the whole company but the one driver I saw lacked a sense of professionalism.

I'm very fortunate to have found Affinity Transportation. I constantly have to schedule transportation for patients to doctor appointments, discharge home, or to bring patients to the facility. I've worked with many transportation companies and affinity has been by far the best company that I've come across. All the staff is polite and i also have great feedback from my patients. They're reliable and have been able to accommodate last minute transportation needs! Highly recommend them!

I was introduced to this AMAZING Company through my new Administrator. They accommodated my need even on a Sunday night. There staff is always so Professional and helpful, the drivers are always polite and friendly. The office staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I need help. What do you say about the owner Tino is the example of what is company represents!!! I recommend them highly!!!!
