I have already referred more business to CSMC Mortgage because of their professionalism and attention to details. They set my expectations and delivered. They made it as easy as possible to submit required documents and double check what was delivered would to get the correct approvals without delay. Outstanding Team! To make our offer more competitive, we put in our offer that we could close in 30 days. We were on our 11th offer and the frustration was growing. When we finally landed an offer, our loan officer unfortunately became ill and suggested we use a different lender that could meet the 30 day Escrow. This review is about Mark and Darci Richardson from CSMC Mortage in Simi Valley. This team is the BEST! For the past 12 years our home was "underwater" due to the "crash" in 2007, and unable to do anything with the mortgage except pay it. These two kept on top of things and finally the house qualified to REFI.. We just completed everything and it closed last week.. and they saved us over $900 a month!!
