My friend told me her experiences about living in these apartment complexes and i'm shocked. She had ridiculous fees that added $200+ dollars to her other expenses. That is absurd. A water bill for the state of Indiana is $40. Why is she paying $200+ for some water? Another thing she mentioned was BUGS. DO NOT LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WITH BUGS. IT IS SO HARD TO GET RID OF. SAVE THE STRESS.

NO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS! The management: terrible. The “renovations” they did are half done. They cut corners everywhere they could. They have a serious BUG PROBLEM. Just google “Red Point West Lafayette Bug News” and you will see what I’m talking about! YUP! It was on the news. And when you ask them to remove a charge, they pretend they can’t, even if you really shouldn’t be charged! There are so many better places to live if you’re a Purdue Student. Save your money. Live literally anywhere else!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I've lived in three different "student apartments" during my time at Purdue and Red Point is by far the WORST. LITERALLY NOT WORTH A SINGLE STAR!
WHATEVER THEY QUOTE YOU FOR RENT, BE PREPARED TO PAY $200-$300 MORE EVERY MONTH!
There's a fee for everything except breathing and utilities are suspiciously high all year long. And never in my time living in West Lafayette have I had a water bill, but I have one here and it's always nearly $200.
Every month when I pay my rent I'm just shocked because the fees are ridiculous. The staff is apathetic and it's obvious that this company

Literally the most untrained staff I’ve ever experienced. They seem to have new staff every 6 months and they are no help when any issues arise. I’ve had packages stolen from outside my front door. They charged me $400 for two random pet fees that luckily I caught. They told me they would refund me that money to use toward s the next months rent and instead they charged me $400 again and won’t response to resolve the problem. I also had a random internet worker come into my apartment in 2019 without being asked if I was available and he came in without knocking or me even being told I should

I moved here after subleasing for one semester when I started grad school at Purdue. I was working full time before coming back to grad school, and I was not looking forward to going back to “college management” apartments. However, Redpoint management has always been very professional and easy to communicate with. It’s also super close to campus, my research lab, and plenty of running/biking trails and sidewalks. I’ve really enjoyed my experience, and would recommend this place to anyone. Also, the kitchen upgrades are stellar!!

I have lived here for the last year and it was the perfect place for my first apartment. The people in the office are always really kind and the maintenance workers have always done their best to fix any of our problems. The price is really good too. The apartment is about 15 minutes from Purdue’s campus which made commuting to classes quick and easy!

I’ve lived here at Redpoint for almost a year and I chose to live here again for the upcoming year as well. The staff is really friendly and the maintenance crew, especially Ivan, are friendly and willing to help with any issues that might arise. I’m in a two bedroom and the rooms are nicely sized and having my own bathroom is a plus, as is having a washer and dryer. The new clubhouse is a nice addition and the facilities are clean and well kept. Some things still need updating/upkeep such as windows but other than that the kitchen and the appliances are nicely installed and better than other

Although there was still some slight maintenance needed on move-in week, the maintenance team is typically quite prompt. Redpoint is a great place to live, it has nice amenities (including an exercise room, work spaces, coffee bar, and outdoor patio/grill.) The staff is super friendly and the rates are reasonable for the quality of the space. Buildings were recently renovated so many spots have new carpet and furniture. Totally recommend!

Redpoint is the second apartment I’ve lived in while at Purdue and will be my last. I absolutely love it here. The apartments are super spacious, clean, and supplied with high quality furniture. Whenever you have questions or concerns, you are more than welcome to email, call, or even visit the front office. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. The community it extremely pet friendly and supplies doggy bags throughout the entire edition. I have loved calling Redpoint my home the past year and look forward to doing so the next year.

I started living here when it was Copper Beech Klondike and the switch to Redpoint was a much needed one. The staff is friendly and helpful, the community building/main office was a very nice addition to the neighborhood, and you get a lot for the price. The apartments themselves could use some fine tuning, (some corners were cut when the buildings were renovated) but the maintenance team has been nothing short of responsive, helpful and very personable. Honestly, it’s a great place to live and I’m sad to be leaving in the upcoming months.
