The service at Vera's was excellent. Caitlin was amazing and brought me many gowns that I had already starred in the lookbook as well as others she thought I would like. Ultimately she helped me find the dress I said yes to because she paid so much attention to common themes I and my guests liked about every dress. Corin and Tammy helped out a bunch too. Overall the staff was great and it was an amazing, fun experience! Not stressful at all!

Went to Veras to just try on dresses, and ended up leaving with my dream dress! Margaret was the lady helping me, and every dress she brought in was more and more beautiful. They have a HUGE selection! What I loved is that Margaret was a consultant, but also a seamstress so she offered great imput on how the dress would alter to my body and height. A Great experience! Totally went out of the blue, and fell in love!

Ladies, do not shop for your wedding dress here and BEWARE of the contract the management/Vera's will make you sign. A family member of mine is getting married in August and Vera's completely screwed her over. The attendant kept leaving the room & not helping the bride. Then they ordered the bride the wrong size dress and completely butchered the sleeves. When the bride asked if there was anything they could do to fix the dress or if a any refund is possible, the manager told her, "well maybe you just gained some weight over Covid." I purchased my dress here in mid-December of 2020. Tammy was my consultant, and I could not write enough wonderful things about her and my overall Vera's experience. I described the general feel and vibe I was looking for in my dress, and Tammy pulled winner after winner. She totally understood my style AND body type, and everything I tried on was beautiful. I to go to Vera's due to their large inventory and the ability to bring multiple people with me. When I arrived the front desk was very polite and allowed me to look at some dresses while I waited for lovely Erika to help me. She was so nice, patient and energetic! Boy were we blown away! Our consultant Erika instantly knew just the dress to put my sister in. As soon as we saw her in it was game over (and water works time). She also found the perfect veil to match. She really understood my sister's style and was so easy to work with. We were in our own comfortable private room with ample seating.

I had a wonderful experience with Claire (employee of 8 years!) yesterday (a Saturday) for my first bridal appointment at Vera's. Loved the set up of this boutique, it's big enough so even though it gets busy you still feel like you're having an individual experience. They had a great selection of dresses in a large variety of prices that start around $800. I liked that I was able to view the lookbook before going to my appointment and my consultant got an idea of what I was looking for through that but still listened to my feedback and showed me different dresses. Vera's was the second of three shops I went to looking for a bridal gown and they were by far the best overall experience and service. All staff were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. My stylist, Liz, was amazing. Liz really made me feel comfortable and totally understood what I wanted (unicorn fairy princess). I had so much fun and felt like a princess through the whole process. Although I didn't get my dress here, as I choose a very non traditional off beat dress, they have an amazing selection of dresses and staff.

Vera's blew every other bridal shop I visited out out of the water! I was so comfortable working with Lydia. She was never pushy and extremely patient with me. My entire family was impressed with her during my appointment. Actually, every staff member I've met at Vera's has been super accommodating and understanding through out the entire process. I've been to Vera's twice. The first was with my bridesmaids. Our consultant was Jayme. She was fun, outgoing, positive, and very helpful. We had already gone to two other shops before that and found a few dresses we liked. Jayme brought in many beautiful dresses. This is a nice bridal store! The changing rooms are decorated with feminine and vintage furniture. I liked the chairs and the details of the store. The store even have some grand stairs where the consultant takes a picture of the bride with her chosen gown. The bride can bring home the pic as a souvenir. I think it's a sweet tradition.

Amazing experience! I wasn't expecting to buy a dress here -- I assumed it would be out of my price range because the shop is so beautiful and they have the whole dreamy, private bridal shopping experience going. But I did find the dress! I ended up trying on lots of dresses in my 500-800 price range, but ended up leaving with a $178 one! I know, crazy! That's a not a typo.
