Our beautiful, rustic barn wedding venue is located on 120 private acres at our family farm in Southern Wisconsin. This Country Style Wedding Venue with Waterside Ceremony Site, Bridal House & Rustic Horse Barn is located minutes west of Beloit, WI. We are an easy drive from Rockford, IL & Janesville, WI. Many of our wedding parties are from Madison, WI, Monroe, WI & Freeport, IL. If you reside in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago not a problem.
Nestled at the end of a township road, the Old Coon Creek Inn is a private, scenic estate and the perfect location for a country wedding. For the ceremony, most couples choose our outdoor wedding site which sits on a scenic lake, but you are welcome to choose other locations as well. For the reception, our rustic wedding barn and updated pavilion serve as the perfect location for dinner, drinks, and dancing.
The OCCI sleeps 10 and can accommodate most bridal parties. The Farmhouse is the perfect place for you and the girls to get ready the morning of the wedding! Book our Gala Wedding Package and you & your bridesmaids stay in the farmhouse Friday night and you & your husband stay Saturday night. The Old Coon Creek Inn has been the Gaffney home since 1977.
Your reception at the Old Coon Creek Inn will take place at our Pavilion and Horse Barn area. Once dinner is complete the party moves to the horse barn area (30' x 50') which has a bar to serve your guest. This area also has horse stalls for you to use your creativity. Decorate and make it your own space!
While there are many things that set the Old Coon Creek Inn apart from other venues, the outdoor wedding ceremony site with a scenic lake backdrop is hard to match! While you are welcome to chose other locations on the property, our most desired location is next to the water with a small lake and Beckman Mill in the background.

Absolutely beautiful, expensive, but, beautiful. Not a fan of the female owner, but her husband was great. Very Strict rules and time guidelines. She walked around like she was just trying to catch someone violating the rules. Felt kind of uncomfortable and awkward. We had the place til 10:30, which is early for a reception, and for the 1000s it cost........ but the lights started going out just after 10. I'd recommend this place if it wasn't for her.

A great setting for a inside/outside Wedding. Old Coon Creek Inn is a very clean Venue, with wide open spaces. A Beautiful setting for any Wedding Ceremony and Reception. The hosts are very hands on and most helpful and understanding of all needs. Including a makeshift belt for a forgetful DJ. Please help support small businesses. We absolutely loved OCCI for our wedding. The location is beautiful and the venue owners, Jill and Pat, were awesome helping us plan for our July wedding. Several guests asked how we found OCCI and what a beautiful setting it was. It's a hidden gem that people need to know about. Added bonus was use of the farmhouse throughout the weekend. It has such character and charm and was so convenient for the bridal party.

It is located in Beloit, WI, making it a prime location if you're looking for a wedding venue near Chicago or Rockford, IL. It's also great for the Madison, WI and Janesville areas.
