On behalf of Dr. Little and our entire staff, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Our cosmetic and general dentistry practice, located right here in Waco, Texas, is designed to offer our patients the most technologically advanced dental experience possible, in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere.
Waco Family Dentistry began in 1975 when Dr. Steven Little left the Air Force and moved back to his hometown in Waco, TX. During his years of solo practice, he focused on building a practice based on comprehensive care- treating the whole patient instead of just treating emergencies. Over the years the practice grew, and in 2005, Dr. Zachary Schwab joined the practice.
At Waco Family Dentistry, you have a Team dedicated to your health! We pride ourselves in having a low turnover of staff. Our goal is to create an environment where you see the same friendly faces every time you come in. From the many hours of continuing dental education we take each year, to keeping up with emergency training and the latest regulations to keep your personal information safe, every year we work hard to make things better for you!

Becoming a dentist has been a lifelong endeavor for Dr. Little. His father practiced here in Waco for over 40 years. Dr. Little entered dental school intending to build on his father's excellent example. After earning his degree and gathering experience as a dental officer in the Air Force, he returned to Waco to open his own practice.

This place is fantastic! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they were super accommodating about working with my schedule. They communicated clearly the work that I needed done but I never felt pressured to have anything done or spend extra money. Would 100% recommend them for all dental needs!!

'I've had numerous bad experiences with dentists in the past, so high anxiety is my usual experience when going to the dentist.
The dental assistant was so warm and welcoming as well as the dentist.Calm explanation by both of what they were doing and what they were going to do and along with some humor found myself laughing. My anxiety level barely notable! Their professionalism and confident yet down to earth demeanor allowed me to feel relaxed and most confident in their shared treatment of my difficult situation. Cathy is awesome! She is, hands down, THE best hygienist! Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is personable, friendly, professional, kind, and caring. I don't think there are enough words to describe just how fantastic she is!
Dr. Schwab is my favorite dentist ever! He is thorough and thoughtful. He actually listens when you talk and freely shares his (seemingly) infinite knowledge.

I am so happy I finally worked up the nerve to see Dr. Schwab and his staff! They are hands down the best in waco! They answer any questions or concerns even during procedures. Definitely a fan and will be seeing them for years to come. I found my dentist home and can’t wait to finish working on my smile!

Dr. Schwab and his staff are very nice, but never followed up with me. On Feb. 5th, I met with Dr. Schwab to order a sleep apnea device. I had until mid-April to finish the procedure before my sleep study expired and I would have to pay for a new one. Trish, the business manager, said she would follow up with me but never did. I initiated each… contact with Trish and after 1 and 1/2 months she was never able to give me a co-pay amount. I finally gave up and contacted a different dentist. They were able to tell me what I would owe and what my insurance would pay while I was on the phone.
