Dr. Susan Francis grew up in Queens, New York and has been our leading pediatric dentist since 2002. She graduated from the Columbia University of Dental and Oral Surgery, and also received her Pediatric Dentistry Certification. Dr. Francis loves working with children, and is grateful for the great team that accompanies her everyday.

My daughter is 4 and her teeth were bothering her so I called there office and they got her in same day. They were all wonderful with her and she liked them alot. She has been to 5 other dentist in the past and this is the best experience we ever had. Thank you so much for seeing her and getting her teeth fixed. I will recommend them to every parent.

My daughter went in for a check up & cleaning today, it was her first time here. She loved it, she was so excited! They treated us nice & the ladies we're patient with my daughter. It’s a big relief finding a good dentist for my daughters, we travel a lot so we have gone to many dentists. I would really recommend this dentist for your little ones :)

My experience that I've had at Bellmead Kids Dentistry has been great. Especially for my daughter's wellbeing. The staff there are so sweet and caring about their patients all the time. And the staff will let you know about any concerns at any time. I never had complaints about anything. I really love this place, especially for daughter's concern. I would recommend anyone to go to this dentist. They're really nice people. I not just saying that, for real. Please, if anyone reads this, look into it.

Friendly staff! Also feel like they truly want to help my child have the best oral health, and not out to get every penny they can from me. From the very first visit, they have been very transparent about what my cost would be. This was my first good experience with a Waco area dentist.
Now to the part that matters most... My daughter needed quite a bit if dental work over several visits, not only did they do great work, but the made my young child feel comfortable every step of the way. She was able to ask real questions like "Will it hurt, and what are you going to do?" Without getting generic
