Since they sold the practice (which they did without telling all patients), their service has gone downhill significantly. They have billed me incorrectly twice now. The most recent time, I called afterwards and explained that I talked to my insurance and they billed with the wrong code on one item. They said they would call me back tomorrow. They never called me back. Now I've received the second bill with no attempts to talk to me or resolve this matter with my insurance.

I’m not the one to write reviews especially a bad review. Never in my life have I dealt with the most unprofessional dental office. Somehow I got stuck with this office when my dentist decided to join practice with them and retire in the middle of the pandemic. My first appointment I had scheduled I received a call the day of my appointment (an hour and a half before) saying the dental hygienist couldn’t make it to work they needed to reschedule, fine, things happen totally understandable! I reschedule, next appointment I get a call a few days before hand sorry we need to reschedule again.
