Jennifer joined our team in 2019 working with Dr. Nair as a Treatment plan coordinator. She is originally from Florida and moved to Pennsylvania 6 years ago. Jennifer loves taking care of our patients and takes a lot of pride in her work. In her spare time, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband Scott and their beautiful daughter Keeley.

Dr. Nair grew up in Missouri. After graduating from Cape Central High school, she went on to attain her B.S. in Interdisciplinary studies and B.S.BA in Management from Southeast Missouri State University. In 2002, she graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry. She completed her General Practice residency from St. Joseph Hospital and moved to West Chester.
For many decades, it seemed dental care was focused solely on preventative and restorative services. In recent years, as patients have become more proactive about their oral health care, we've seen a major uptick of interest in improving the appearance of the smile.

We have been seeing Dr. Nair and her staff for many years. She is kind, gentle and carefully explains everything. Both my wife and I feel the staff is the best we have met anywhere (we are in our 70s) and have seen a lot of medical office staffs. Star Care dental is the best! Highly recommend this office and staff.

This office is fantastic. Jen at the front desk was extremely professional. She made me feel welcomed and was courteous to my needs. Alexis cleaned my teeth and did an unbelievable job. I went to my dentist for over 30 years and then... he retired (same as my therapist, doctor, trainer and others). OK, I'm old, but I'm just looking for professional service at a fair price. It's not that easy to find. I tried several dentists and none, in my opinion, were very good for me. Then my wife discovered Star Care Dental in Glen Mills. She loved them so much. I thought I would give them a try. Dr. Hema Nair and her team are fabulous! They offer state of the art dentistry with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that is beyond expectation. It is rare to find an office that is extraordinary from the first faces you see at front desk all the way through to Dr. Nair. They are accommodating, caring, kind, compassionate, understanding, and clean, clean, clean!! They put your needs and concerns first. Dr. Nair is extremely knowledgeable and educated, but you can talk to her like she’s a good friend. She and her staff take their time with you, explaining things along the way. They are amazing with me (the most difficult) down to my youngest who is 8 years old. They go above and beyond in all areas. A true blessing to me and my family

Do not use this dentist for dental work! I complained about my tooth bothering for a year and they repeatedly told me it was fine but they referred me to the endodontist and told me I would have to put a cap on my tooth. On Christmas Day I was in so much pain I had to find an emergency dentist. The dentist I went to was so surprised they didn’t tell me I needed a root canal sooner. What was worse is that dr. Nadir wanted to put a crown on my tooth after my root canal which the dentist I saw for the emergency root canal said that my tooth did not need a crown because there was plenty of tooth

Five stars for the Star Care Dental team. I am always genuinely greeted by each member of the staff and it’s a pleasure to visit. My checkup today was very pleasant and informative. Star Care Dental is truly an excellent practice. Their approach to giving service in a caring and very professional way is evident in all they do. Dr. Nair delivers expert dentistry and I am truly experiencing getting resolution to dental concerns that other dentists have disregarded, so I highly recommend switching to her practice if you have a dentist that is merely satisfactory. Very glad I did. Everyone in this practice is excellent, just had a hygienist appointment with Cerise and highly recommend her, she does excellent work. So clean, friendly, and inviting. They get my teeth so clean! I have a permanent bar behind my bottom row and it can build up more plaque than imaginable and within minutes of cleaning it’s is 100% clean. It feels amazing to have such clean teeth, more clean than I could ever imagine that bar getting.

Dr Nair is accomplished, thorough and most professional. I found her through the Pankey Institute site, knowing that association with Pankey and its training qualifies her as a premier dentist with state of the art training. My dental work is extensive and Dr Nair navigates those challenges easily.
My entire family is thrilled with her dental expertise, her chairside manner and overall care.
The staff is pleasant and helpful especially with the myriad of questions I often have. Way to go!

Very positive, caring and upbeat. I have no problem scuba diving to extreme depths to explore sunken shipwrecks, but dental visits give me a panic attack. Everyone at Star Care is incredible and very patient with me and go out of their way to put me at ease. They are very patient-centric and put you first.

I found this location through my insurance however, I am big on going through reviews to make sure the doctor I see is good (I have been through my share in the past, especially dentists who rush through and do not explain anything). The team here does the opposite. The front desk staff was very friendly. Sue, the dental hygienist was very thorough and took her time. She took x-rays and explained what she was looking at and what she was looking out for. Dr. Nair was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found this location through my dental network.

Great experience - for a dental visit... No wait, everyone is pleasant. I've been coming for a few years after a friend recommended Dr. Nair so I can truly say I trust and recommend them. They will explain and make suggestions, give you all options, and you can make an informed decision without being pressured.
