Dr. Anh Jibben is a long-time resident of Arizona and grew up in Prescott, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University obtaining a dual Bachelor's degree in Biology and History. Dr. Jibben then attended the University of Arizona where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master's degree in Public Health (M.P.H.).

At Capella Eyecare We offer the latest technology from Topcon Maestro 3D/ OCT fundus camera to asses the general health of your eyes. This state-of-the-art technology digitally captures a high-resolution image of the back of the eye. It is a quick, safe, non-invasive, and painless procedure. Many ocular diseases, if detected at an early age, can be treated successfully without complete loss of vision.
CHEMICAL IN THE EYE: If you accidentally splashed a cleaning agent or chemical into your eyes, try to flush your eyes with clean water for several minutes. Do not instill any "get the red out" drops or Visine into your eyes. Remove your contacts if you are wearing any and call our office immediately to be seen by our doctor.
At Capella Eyecare we offer a large selection of fashionable frames at affordable prices. Our caring staff will help guide you in selecting your ideal frame and recommend the most appropriate lens type based on your prescription. Our boutique offers adult frames and sunglasses, to infant/ children's frame to everything in between.
The good news is, during your annual eye exam, our doctor will check your visual acuity, eye alignment, depth perception, eye movement and examine the inside of your eyes for health problems. The doctor may even detect other conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes sometimes before your primary care physician does.

Dr. Anh Jibben is fantastic! I am an ER Nurse and I was having trouble reading the small print on the medication vials in my protective suit. She spent the time to work with me to insure I could keep my patients safe. She was very thorough in her assessment and in helping me decide what type of glasses I should have. She customized the lenses specifically for my needs. I will always use her!

OK, I have no issues with the Doctor or her staff. They are technically competent and friendly. My problem is with their vendor they use to make the glasses. Twice I've paid hundreds of dollars for glasses that by a year later were so scratched up they were unusable. (And I was as careful as I could be, but my job gets me out in the dust.)Very poor quality. Switched to the other optical shop in town and they use a different optical lab. Been very happy. Would be willing to go back if they switched.

You don't need to leave Fountain Hills for great eye care!
Dr. Jibben is professional and extremely empathetic. Her examinations are comprehensive and she allows the patient many opportunities to ask any questions or concerns they may have.
I have astigmatism and lazy eye, which was not properly addressed at my last eye exam at a neighborhood Walmart optometrist. Dr. Jibben gave me the reassurance and information I needed to treat my condition.
Their eyeglass selection is also great and they offer special pricing on a variety of frames. The staff is very friendly.

Dr Jibben and her team are fantastic. The staff is very professional and friendly. I have had chronic itchy and dry eyes for years. Dr Jibben recommended an eye lid scrub and eye drops and I feel like I have a brand new pair of eyes! They have a great selection of glasses and the staff was patient and helpful while I tried on glasses. Highly recommend Dr.Jibben for all your eye care needs.

My first visit to Capella Eyecare as a new patient today. I'm so grateful to have found this practice. The front office staff were helpful and so polite. Dr Jibben was fantastic. Great place, excellent service. Had an emergency one morning where I started having pain in my eye with visual blurring. Was very concerned about this. Went to Capella with NO appointment, they checked me out, got me some eye drops, patched my eye, told me to rest and assured me that all would be well, and it was. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. State of the art imaging equipment.

Capella is the place to go ! Dr Jibben and her staff are amazing. I was visiting Arizona and I needed to get glasses, Dr Jibben and her staff made sure that I had not only one pair but two pair of glasses before my departure to return home. After returning home I had a mishap with a pair of one of my glasses. I sent them back to Capella's and they not only fixed them they rushed them back to me due to me needing them right away. Dr Jibben is diligent and works with integrity ! Absolutely love her and her staff ! Would defiantly recommend Capella's !

I would highly recommend Capella Eyecare. Dr. Jibben is personable and provides the kind of one on one service that is lacking in larger facilities. The office is clean and the support staff are very kind. I was having issues with constant headaches and dry eyes at work. Dr. Jibben suggested computer glasses and a particular eye cleaner. I haven't had another headache or issue since. Thank you for resolving my issue!

I am very happy with my new glasses from Capella Eyecare. I had multiple issues somewhere else and arrived at Capella in need of rescue. I got new glasses 6 weeks ago and loved the glasses and the visit so much I went back for sunglasses! The office was clean and professional looking, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and efficient - hardly any wait time for a scheduled appointment.
Nothing exciting or different from any other eye exam, but I think Dr Jhibben might know more than she shares. Probably not going back since my vision is OK with no difficulties, so I feel I can go to a discount place for the same impersonal service for less money. In today's world, personal service means alot to me.

I was on a business trip while in Phoenix area and found this place since it was near the resort where i was staying. So i scheduled an eye exam because i have been having headaches eye strains and dry eyes so figured it had to do with my glasses i have been wearing for the past 3-4 years. I have checkups every year at OTHER places and they always say its the same -2.50 since that is also what i tell them before the exam. I had the WORST experience with this office. I called in and spoke to a receptionist. I made an appointment the same day for 4:30pm and provided her with my insurance information and phone number. She said that she would call me back if she had any issues. I never heard back from her and called the office at 3:40 to confirm and hey told me that they were unable to confirm my insurance. I gave this new person my information again and she called me back to tell me that they could not locate me in the system. I complained and asked to speak to the doctor and she told me the doctor does not handle

Very pleased with the service today. Dr. Jibben was very helpful in finding me the right contacts and educated me on all the different stuff with my eyes. Staff was very friendly and professional and not pushy on sales. They even helped me find the best way to use my insurance without going over my budget. Went to Capella eyecare today and had a wonderful experience! I always dread optometrist appts like people hate the dentist. I have been searching for a good Dr. and have been trying to buy a pair of glasses for over a year with no luck because even with insurance everywhere I went tried to sell me crazy expensive glasses and over whelmed me with options. Needless to say my glasses are going on a decade old and I finally bought a new pair today!! They made it simple and painless, without trying to charge me crazy amounts. I left feeling really good.
