The One Hair Salon and Spa offers high performance hair care products. Surface is a salon exclusive line that respects personal health and the earth. All Surface products are infused with the Color Vita-Complex. This complex locks color into and onto the hair. This line has Gluten-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, 100% vegan protein ingredients, featuring the new, more GREEN approach to hair care.
The One Hair Salon & Spa is located downtown historic Lebanon, three blocks north of the Golden Lamb. Guests of the salon enjoy relaxing in the courtyard listening to the fountain before, during or after their visit. The salon grounds are often used for photo shoots. We welcome you to stop by and tour the interior of the salon.

I came to The One Hair Salon after another salon in Lebanon did a horrible cut and color on my hair and did not stand by their work and would not correct it. Carissa and Lindsey did a phenomenal job in fixing the bad cut and horrible color issue. They spent time looking at my hair, figuring out what the other salon did and how to best correct it without taking off my length and damaging my hair with a more intense color. Highly recommend and they will be my new salon going forward.

I’m going through postpartum hair loss,
yes new hair is coming in,
but for now I look like I have a receding hairline.
So to keep it from being tangled
I got it chopped off
it took me forever to grow it out 😞
Krystal was available to help me chop it all off.
She’s fantastic! She may be new in town like me but she has over 20 years of experience.
I seriously cannot thank her enough.
Postpartum hair loss is stressful enough on its own.
She was able to give me a cut that would help me not lose as much hair that also looks great on me!

I called all of the salons in Lebanon and The One was the only salon that answered the phone. And they were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. Amanda made sure I was ready to take the leap of cutting 11 inches! Then she gave me a beautiful new style! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

The One hair salon treats their customers like they are an inconvenience instead of a priority. I went in for a cut to donate my hair to charity. I explicitly told my stylist that I did not want to cut off any more hair than I had to - only the required 8 inches. She didn't even use a ruler or tape measure, she just grabbed a comb and said "this looks like 8 inches!" I should have known then to RUN. Obviously this stylist doesn't respect client wishes, or have a concept of what 8 inches is. When I went in for the cut my hair was touching the small of my back. Once the stylist

Amazing from the moment you walk in, to the moment you're headed out. The receptionist Mary is amazing & very welcoming and always greets with a smile and helps you to find what you need.
All the stylist are amazing and kind! Carissa is amazing, Got a full head of highlights on my hair ( my hair had box color / a band of color from my roots ) she fixed it, beautifully!!! Took her time and did not rush the process. Kept checking up on me and was always kind and answered any and all questions I had about the process!!!

Went back the next day for a balayage (hand painted highlights) with the same stylist, showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted (nothing extreme or difficult), and she said she knew exactly what to do.
After she was done and began drying my hair, I saw that it turned out to be NOTHING like what I showed her. I am very disappointed especially after spending an arm and a leg for a balayage I'm not in love with.
I will not be returning to this salon. I feel

I needed to get my hair color corrected after my first time coloring it at a different salon and they got me in two days later with Amanda. She knew exactly what I wanted and I am going back to her again in a few weeks. They are so professional and can do just about anything. I don't trust people with my hair but I will be going to her regularly. Two of my other family members recommended it to me and everyone has been happy with the service.

I am a stay at home mom of two boys ages 4 and 15mos. They both were in dire need of cuts and myself a highlight. I called and told them our needs and asked if they did kids cuts as well. They made our appointments for the next day and were really able to accommodate my needs. I went first then ran back home and got kids from sitter and went back to salon for their hair cuts. Lindsay did all three of us and the receptionist said she was great with kids. It was an amazing experience. She was patient especially with the squirmy 15month old and did exactly the stylish cuts I wanted for my boys..

Just left salon with three kids in tow, even though its not an environment for kids, Danelle quickly gave me an awesome "dusting"....I love when hair stylist listen to what you want. The prices were great too, I even had my 6 year old get a cut too.
You could drool over the decor too, the chandeliers and ambience of the salon is so relaxing. I will be back to get my hair colored without kids to enjoy the atmosphere.
