I’m new to the area and this Vet office. My 2 Golden’s have been there twice for shots. One was recently bit by another (unleashed) dog. Anyone that I’ve talked to has been very nice and helpful! I saw the owner/doctor once & her covering doctor the next time, she is an ER doctor who gave me lots of helpful info. which I appreciated. So far I’m happy with the service & their pricing is very reasonable.

UPDATE: Dr. Carlos reached out to me to personally apologize and thank me for the review. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would still 100% stay with them. I'd really like to thank them for everything.
I've taken all 3 of my cats here and I really do love the place, but there seems to be a miscommunication between the Dr's and the staff. My cat was vaccinated after I had told two people that he was already vaccinated. They voided the charge and my cat is fine. Stuff happens. I took my other two in the morning to get micro chipped and the staff were having some issues registering them. One of

Can’t express enough how happy I am to have chosen this practice, to be my pets vet! They are super sweet, meticulous, yet have a great system to get you seen accordingly! (especially with covid going on) Answered all my questions, did not feel rushed, & overall a great team. Made me feel so comfortable! Really great experience with this place. We saw Dr. Carlos when my cat had a major abnormality. An animal hospital about 45 minutes south of here wanted to do almost $6000 worth of testing (!!!!) whereas Dr. Carlos realized we we unfortunately couldn't do that, nor would the cat tolerate it well (temperament). He suggested a different route and I'm happy to say the cat responded very well. He was however very upfront about the potential failure of the treatment, and very compassionate and sympathetic throughout the whole process. Really cannot say enough about how kind and warm he is

This place was pretty good when I lived up in Stanhope. I brought my Lab here a couple times for some eye allergies he had. The front staff is friendly and warm. The vet lady was "to-the-point", which was good, and prescribed what was needed for my dogs allergies. She lacked some warmth with me and my dog, but no biggie.
The only thing was that they recommended purchasing Frontline tick medication from them, and not through an online company because the prescription is weaker, so they say. I don't know if that is completely true or not.

I take lab puppy here & have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always great - no matter how many questions or concerns I have, they always are happy to answer. The doctors are great with my pup & you can tell they truly care. They want what's best for your pet too! I would highly recommend this place!
