He is very SKILLED! My husband's phone's cracked screen was deemed unrepairable by several shops- but ProFix came through with a perfect repair. We have since used him for iPad shattered screen and another phone cracked screen. LOVE this business and highly recommend him!

This is my second time there. And this time, the iPad charger port was loose. I got there around three and within the next hour, it was fixed. Other places for saying it would take 2 to 3 days. I took my daughter’s iPad to this company to be repaired after I read the “good” reviews. Her screen was cracked due to her dropping the iPad. The screen was fixed and looks great which is why I gave it 3 stars. The disappointment is that the iPad is useless the screen doesn’t respond accurately to touch. The apps bounce around. Apps open and close randomly. My daughter was supposed to be using her iPad for virtual school. I’ve called no calls were returned. I’m only off certain days of the week every time I go there they are closed. After months of trying to get back in touch with

This guy is great. Very friendly service. I have an iphone SE. The battery didn't hold it's charge anymore and the home button stopped working all together. I was surprised; he had the parts on hand. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new home button and a replacement battery. Two weeks later, the button started acting finnicky. I took it back, only expecting some connection to have wiggled loose. He replaced it with a new button. I am very happy with the service and will continue to go here with any electronic issues.
