I am extremely pleased with the service I received from PC Pros. I contacted them about helping to install software on my daughters new computer. Rick promptly returned my call and scheduled a next day appointment to come over and help. The installation was completed in a timely and efficient manner. After making sure that everything was what my daughter needed, he ran a diagnostic to make sure the pc was virus free and downloaded a malware software that is superior to the one that was installed previously. I would definitely use this company again for any future issues and would highly recommend
