There is a heating element that works in conjunction with many other electrical parts in your dryer. When any one of these parts fail, you will have no heat. First things first, remove the lint trap and make sure nothing has become lodged in there. If thats all clear the problem lies in the internal workings of the dryer.

Do not trust their website. Their website claims they are open for business and that they are located at 10020 Monroe Rd #170 in Matthews, NC but if you drive there...you find a UPS. They do not pick up the phone or answer your voicemails. There is not a live person you can talk to. You can message them and that's the only way to get an immediate response. Per the person or possible "bot" that responded to me, they claim they are not open to the public and are not selling to the public right now...however...they claim to be open on their website AND on Google. Do you not waste your time with them

This is a horrible company. I received a call from a lady letting me know David is on the way. I had a timeframe of 11-3 knowing I had a work call at 1:30pm. She called me at 1:17pm with the 30 min heads up warning. I hurried off my work call and was in the room where my dryer is at 1:47pm to find that David had just left and pulled out of my driveway while my husband was talking to him, asking him a question, etc. He came in and looked at my dryer for less than 3 minutes and gave a completely ridiculous diagnosis. He never moved the dryer, actually did nothing. What he said was not even remotely
