Jay and Rick are able to respond quickly and provide great quality work. They fixed my dryer same day. I found them to be very knowledgeable and were great at explaining the issues and options. They even include the waiving of the diagnostic fee for any follow-ups 30 days after appointment. I highly recommend RJ Appliance Repair and now have my go to appliance repair team in Charlotte!

I needed help diagnosing an issue with my icemaker as well as my water dispenser on my fridge. I called RJ Appliance and they came out next day. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable and knew the exact issues and how to fix them. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he would do to fix the issues. He resolved the issues quickly and answered my questions. He is the exact kind of person you want to come and fix issues with your appliances. It's never fun to have an appliance issue, but they made the process seamless and easy. I can't recommend enough.

Mr. Rick is the definition of a true professional. I reached out to him to repair my freezer and dishwasher. He was quick to respond to my call and scheduled a time to service my appliances almost immediately. He educated me on the repair process every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure my freezer and dishwasher were working properly before he left.
