Kiss & Makeup is a full service beauty, cosmetic and lifestyle boutique. We have been offering on-trend beauty services, tools and cosmetics in Los Gatos since 1999. In 2011, we expanded into our second location inside the Garden Theater on Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen. In 2015, Rebecca fulfilled her long-time dream of designing and creating her own brand on high-end, luxury makeup.

Rebecca Rook, owner of Kiss & Makeup, has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and has been a successful business owner in Silicon Valley for almost 20 years.

We ask that you please read through this entire section before arriving for your appointment. We want you to have the best brows possible. In order to do that, we need to have you understand and adhere to the following instructions. You are responsible for being prepared for your appointment. Microblading is a Permanent Makeup procedure that is specialized cosmetic tattooing.

I have really stubborn melasma (hyperpigmentation) on my face that I wanted covered up seamlessly. The makeup artist was able to accomplish this to my great surprise. She's the first artist to ever customize my skin tone and color correct so beautifully. My face didn't feel caked on with makeup - it looked natural and dewy. For all my events, I'll be coming back!! Happy to have found this gem.

Today was my first visit with Kate. I haven't done perm for couple years so I was a little nervous with what gonna come out. Kate was really nice and patient to give me advice. She choice a cute style for me and it turns out great! I will definitely come back to this salon, and I will continue doing my hair with Kate! Thank you Kate! :))

This review is long overdue! RICHARD is so wonderful and did an amazing job of creating my wedding day look. He is professional, kind, and talented, and just pleasant to be around. Its been several years since my wedding, but I would highly recommend you schedule him for your next event, or go see him for your eyebrow shaping (he used to do mine occasionally, but mine are super fine and don't need much).

It's a story but I will get to the point, Rebecca did a *perfect* job bringing my eyebrows back to their original shape and fullness for every day~! I had Rebecca shape and tint my eyebrows. The shape is alright. But I can tell one brow is higher then the other and are not evenly shaped. I was really disappointed with the tint. I was told that by getting my eyebrows tinted they would look like they were filled in before I even filled them in. So it was really disappointing when I washed my face, that same day, to see that the "filled in" part washed off and my eyebrows looked the same as before just groomed. I've been going to Richard since 2008. They have two locations one in LG, the other in Willow Glen.
I used to have my eyebrows waxed or even threaded but inevitably they were never symmetrical. I started going to Richard and everything changed. I go to him every two weeks and I love the fact that my brows are always consistently done right. I've referred so many friends and family members to Richard and they all love him. Most of the time, you can make a same day appointment with him if you call before lunch time.

I decided to visit Kiss & Make-up after researching a place to get my brows tamed. I'm extremely particular about the shape of my brows and really wanted to go to a place where they treated your brows like a piece of art.
Every time I went in to get my brows done, Richard was always cordial and did an excellent job cleaning up and shaping each brow. He really takes his time to ensure that his work is GREAT. I highly recommend him! Might be a bit pricey but come on -- it's your face! You

Richard's friendly, pleasant, and makes your brows looks great.
That's until you go home and find that one brow is left to be longer than the other and you wondered how any professional could have left that unchecked. And then you wondered if you want to come back at all and spend that money on his service.. Mm.. me think not.

So far I have been here twice and I can honestly say I've been over 100% satisfied both times!! Richard does and amazing job and keeps it painless! I use to go to all the way from Los Gatos to Oakland for my brows. But being introduced to the best in LG, I don't think I'll be going back!
