My friend was there today for her eyelashes, manicure and pedicure, she has Darlene. Now, It's time to pay, my friend is counting her cash and she realized she is short so she put down the cash in front of her then she gets her card from the wallet suddenly Darlene took the cash without saying anything and she told my friend that she will just use the card for the rest now my friend told her "no, I need my cash" and Darlene goes "just withdraw later" Like WTH. We are not coming back there anymore.

Darlene does such an amazing job! I got eyelash extensions and she did them so fast and at such a good price. Will definitely be getting my eyelashes done here from now on!

I looove it here! They are always so nice and welcoming. I get wax here and it's super comfortable and does not irritate my skin at all and it's for a good price as well. I also get my lashes done here, super super comfortable. One of the most comfortable sets I've gotten so far. Ask for Serena to do your lashes!! She's awesome and very gentle. Again, for a reasonable price as well. Found my togo spot!

Tina- She wouldn’t listen to the customer needs. She shaved all my eyebrows and then drew some imaginary eyebrows.. I asked her several times and insist on adding a bit.. but the damage was already done. She won’t let us see in the mirror or ask how it is through out the process. The reason I went for microblading is because I have light eyebrows. She made them thinner than I had and then inked those.. I have to now pay to go to another center to get them fixed. My eyebrows are far from natural

Brazilian waxing hurts very much (compared to other places) and I had a spot bleeding after it. Won’t come again

Best lashes and brows I have found in the Bay Area! Tina for brows and Darlene for lashes! My lashes are still on after 3.5 weeks! My friends love my brows and three have gone in to have Tina do microblading on their brows. She's amazing!

Finally getting time to post my eyebrows microblading and ombré shading experience. Tina was super accommodating and honored my expired Groupon voucher. The salon was covid prepared. I have received so many complements on my eyebrows. Money well spent. Will be back for a touch up :)

I really enjoyed my experience at the Beatrice salon in Campbell. Tina did my eyebrows and they look amazing. She was very nice and explained the services for the questions I had on her teeth whitening services and lip staining as well That she offers. I definitely will be coming back not only for my second appointment but to get other treatments done as well she is very gentle and kind. I am recommending all my girlfriends to come here.

I went there a few months ago and I hated it until I fell on Zoey. She does my lashes now and she is GREAT!
I haven't used the rest of their services but the Salon seems excessive from what I checked.
It is nicely decorated. They need to upgrade the bathroom! It's not up to par!

Darlene was not professional.
I bought a groupon and I was treated differently for using groupon.
first she said that i shouldnt use the groupon if i had been a customer before.. that it was not mentioned on the groupon website.
Anyways, she wanted to charge more money for eyelashes and i told her that i wanted only what i paid for.
She installed the eyelashes, however they already started falling off. So, there is no quality in their work a d neither respect.
I Waited 30 min to be assisted...

I love Tina... She's like family... Come to her at least 1x-2x per year to pay her a visit and I always leave feeling better. She is professional and always accommodating. She was born to make us feel more beautiful. She does great on my eyebrows everytime i need a touch up.

Side note: came during corona outbreak and she provided masks to provide extra precaution and relaxation. Salon was tidy as usual and clean-- so don't let the news stop you from keeping your beauty up.

My lashes looked horrible and uneven first thing out of the salon and my eyelids looked very droopy..this was only resolved when they all fell out about 1.5 weeks later. They do not use singles here, it looks like she used the trio clusters from Ardell ($5 online). I got a groupon because i have never gotten my lashes done in the past and was curious to try it out. In the end i ended up paying $40 aditionally. They even tried to convince me at the front desk that the groupons don't work.
The lash tech asked me what my race was and asked me what my parents did for a living. She looked me up and

Worst eyelash extensions I have ever gotten. She obviously has no idea how to apply them the correct way bc she glued eyelashes to my UPPER WATERLINE which hurt extremely bad. My eyelashes were sore for days after and now that they've all fallen off I realize half my real eyelashes are gone, ripped out by the extensions. I've never had an experience like this with eyelash extensions so I guess it's a good lesson to research thourouggly before choosing a salon. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS RIPPS OUT NATURAL LASHES

$60 full medium length lash extension. Ask for Tammy, she's so sweet. Whole process takes around 1 hour and 30mins. Definitely cheaper than most place because they honor Groupon price if you just mention it. Will come back again to refill for $50!

This place is a scam. I made an appointment for "a full set of eye lash extension" purchased on Groupon. On putting me down to procedure table, Darlene explained that it's a natural looking lash, if I want a "fuller look I have to pay more. I was fine with it looking natural so chose to keep my original option. She continued to state that the natural looking one only last "7-10 days".
That's when I sat up and was shocked. Usually lashes last two weeks. And their Groupon stated it'll last "3-6 weeks" (see my screenshot of description). She disagreed and said they never said anything like that,
