I was the little girl who loved to play with makeup. Whether it was on myself or on friends and family for parties or other special events from grade-school all the way through college. Over the years I worked for various department store makeup counters, like Benefit and MAC while perfecting my craft by providing freelance makeup for friends and family.
I attended college for Interior Design where I was able to really enhance my eye for design and color theory that has been of great use in makeup application. It wasn't until a friend asked me to do her makeup for her wedding several years ago, that I really found my passion working with clients doing bridal makeup.

You've spent so much time planning your special day to be exactly what you've dreamed of and I am here to make that dream come true. Every bride's vison is uniquely her own, and I am here to make sure you look and feel the way you always envisioned on your wedding day. On your wedding day you will be pampered with a hydrating face and eye treatment, along with a few other special touches to help you relax and prepare you for your big day.
If additional artists are needed for larger bridal parties, travel fees may apply for them. All parking or valet charges are covered by the client. A trial is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. A trial provides an opportunity to meet, discuss and perfect the look you have in mind for your wedding day.

Lindsey was an amazing makeup artist and wedding coordinator for my best friends recent wedding. She walked us through the process, showed up to every appointment, came prepared and was very professional and pleasant to work with. She made everything pretty easy and stress free which is exactly what the bride needed. You need this woman for your event!

Lindsey absolutely deserves an A+ for her work. She did both the makeup and coordination for my wedding and was on top of EVERYTHING. I'm amazed that one person could do so much. The makeup turned out stunningly and she took everything about the wedding I had visualized and made sure it was a reality. She routinely gave me updates on our timeline because I definitely wasn't able to. Everything that needed to happen did. There wasn't a single thing to be unsatisfied with. We had difficulty with our caterer and Lindsey handled it gracefully, making sure that they upheld their end of

Lindsey was great to work with! With the whole covid situation she was super flexible with my appointment and did an amazing job! I was able to use her for my virtual court marriage ceremony which took place at our house. She came prepared with everything and asked which products I'm comfortable using on my skin and the end result was beautiful! I highly recommend using her for any of your events. She definitely has a life long client with me :) I love the fact that she's mobile and I didn't have to travel, she came prepared with all the makeup, and she's super sweet! Thanks

Lindsey , of "a Boutique Affair" did an amazing job on my make up -not once -not twice but three times! She takes her time and has the greatest creativity and listens and understands the needs of her customers. She'll go as heavy or as lite as you want to complement you for that special occasion. She's also priced very reasonable for the services that she provides. I will continue to go to her again and again for any of my beauty days!
