We came from out of town, Chicago, and had a previous rack and pinion replacement. After 7 hours of traveling we made it to Pigeon Forge. Pulled out of the hotel and couldn't turn left! Now had this happened on the mountain....bad news with our daughters in the car. The repair shop in Chicago said it was under warranty and gave a few repair businesses to try. Being in a tourist area nobody could replace the rack and pinion for at least a week. Until we called C D Tire and service. Sherry was phenomenal!!! Got us in the next day, contacted the warranty service and had the parts delivered and

They always take AMAZING care of us! Best customer service around! We've purchased tires from them and taken our vehicles there for minor problems. This weekend, My sister drove to visit us in Knoxville after getting tires back home (Augusta). As she was on the interstate she noticed her front tires/steering wheel vibrating. We brought it so C & D and they took a look, fixed the problem (another company caused), and sent us on our way FREE of charge. They were so kind and willing to help. We so appreciate you C & D! Came in here about a week ago to get our van checked before the lady and I took off to the west coast in it. C&D had been recommended (almost pesteringly so) to me as a good spot to go for automotive care but the shop was on the other side of town for me, so I put off going. I was able to swing by with about a week before we set off and heard back from Brian by the end of the day. I had to leave the vehicle there over the weekend as we were out of town and was unable to contact to tell them so as we were out of cell range as well and they never said anything about it.
