The assisted living services at PAL are designed for senior residents, and others, who can no longer manage on their own, but do not require intensive, 24-hour medical care. This option is ideal for seniors who need a small amount of help, but enjoy being on their own, or others who want help with daily living.

I found Provo Assisted Living to be the very best choice for my uncle. The staff were friendly and patient, the facilities well-looked after, the food was great, and the atmosphere relaxed and family-like. The administrator, Sherry, was phenomenal in communicating with me and making my uncle's transition there as seamless as possible. I could see she really cares for and loves the residents there. I highly recommend Provo Assisted Living to those wanting a peaceful, individualized facility for their loved ones.

My brother and I toured a few assisted living places before deciding on Provo Assisted Living. From the very first meeting, Sherry was so kind and caring towards us. It was a clean and very well run facility. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very efficient. My brother and his dog fit in and it felt like home almost immediately. My brother loved his room because he had door leading outside to his patio area, which was so convenient for his dog. I was worried about him, because he was not very social, but he immediately made friends and was starting to do the activities. His health

I worked at PAL as a Med Tech for three years.
The administrator holds the staff to a very high standard of care for the residents. It's one of the best places I've worked. There's always activities going on and the building is beautiful with lots of windows to enjoy the mountain scenery and natural light.
I love the communication that the administrators have with the staff.
We always knew what was going on with the residents and we were kept up to speed with any changes regarding their cares or medications.
But the main thing I noticed was that the residents were happy and they have lived

My mother lived there for many years.until her passing in October 2020. The facility was always well kept and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would visit my mom once a week and got to know the staff pretty well. They would contact me if there were issues. And while any living quarters will have its issues, the management was generally very calm and positive in handling disagreements.My mom enjoyed her time there. She had many friends there.

I just started working here after having experience working at 4 other providers over the past 8 years, I was blown away by the quality and customer care provided here.
The food is exceptional quality. I have seen what kind of food is being served at several other facilities in Utah County, and I can assure you, Provo Assisted Living is doing a phenomenal job with their meals and service. The food smells and tastes excellent, it comes out hot, and they have great alternatives for people who have dietary needs.

I have been involved with the residents at PAL for the past 4 years. I started out as a volunteer, then, I liked it so well that my mother, from California, was moved here. While my mother was here, she grew to love everyone, as did I. During that time, I was here on a daily basis and got to know all the residents and routines. There is a family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and respectful of the people who live there. I have recommended, to friends and family to bring their family members here.

I had a great experience working at PAL. The facility itself is very nice with spacious rooms, a nice courtyard, and a large living room. Management, staff, and residents are all very friendly. Everyone makes you feel at home. Residents had so many options for fun activities (bingo, karaoke, arts and crafts, outings twice a week, etc.). Kitchen staff also provided delicious meals. This is a fantastic facility!

The interior is well-furnished and decorated, yet funtional, and is kept clean and orderly.
There are a variety of activities each day, supplemented by weekly field trips in the facility van.

PAL is one of the best assisted living facilities that we've had the pleasure of working with. The staff and administration are so friendly and easy to work with. I recall a young lady named Naomi that was just so friendly when she greeted us and introduced us to the administrator. The administrator answered all of our questions and made sure that any of the concerns we had for mom would not be an issue and her needs would be met. We absolutely love the lay out of the rooms and that mom can have some actual privacy and own bathroom. Such a great place. Out of all the facilities and options we had
