New York has some of the toughest drug laws in the country. But that wasn't always the case. Before the 1970s, drugs were largely viewed as a problem to be treated through rehabilitation and other social programs, rather than long prison sentences. That all changed with the passage of New York's Rockefeller Drug Laws, which imposed severe sentences for drug crimes for the first time.

In 2017 i traveled from my home state of SC to NY, I had a pistol in my glove box and was arrested for felony posession of a firearm. Mine was a small, routine case, but I was never hurried or pushed through. My calls were always answered and my questions were addressed promptly. Both laywers in this practice make an amazing team. What one doesn't handle the other does. Theyre knowledge, hard working and very good at what they do. We retain Art for all of our legal matters. If you ever need a great criminal attorney, Arthur Frost is your man. I was falsely charged with 7 felonies and 5 misdemeanors. I was looking at 20 years in prison for crimes I did not commit. Art got all the charges down to a disorderly conduct. He literally saved my life. I now consider Art a good friend of mine and highly suggest him. He will always be my attorney!!!!!

Mr Frost....I don’t know where to start from. He makes impossible possible. When I tell you I spoke to dozen of lawyers about our case they all couldn’t do it or didn’t know what the outcome would be or would make it very difficult for us and himself.
He is the man. Our case was impossible but he made it possible with dismissing it like a champ.
I would recommend him to the world. He’s not money hungry. I offered 3 times more if he would just tell us if it was possible to dismiss the case or even a great outcome, he only asked for 10% of what I was willing to offer him and made an impossible
