I was new in town and had not had my eyes checked in two years. Eye Envy was recommended by my Eye Care Plan - VSP.
Called to schedule an appointment about a week out. In advance of appointment I received a prompt to provide traditional upfront health history and other data. I liked this approach, as I hate going to an appointment for the first time and being handed a clipboard with a stack of paper to fill out

Excellent customer service! Excellent assortment of eyeglass frames! I do not have vision insurance……as a result very pricey purchase. My single pair of eyeglasses with progressive lenses (distance correction + reading correction) exceeded $900. Check out VSP vision insurance (self insure) prior to your appointment!

My boyfriend was seen here through the Barnabas Center in December 2019. He was extremely pleased with the process and the service he received. There was an unfortunate billing error but it was rectified quickly after speaking with Cindy at the office. Her customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing vision services.

Everyone is very nice and extremely professional. Plus, their prices on contacts are the cheapest anywhere, they're even cheaper than the online discount places, and they have a selection of frames that are free if you don't have vision insurance. You just pay for your lenses. I was shocked to find that the pair I liked best didn't cost a cent.
