This apartment is the worse place I have ever stayed. I wish I can put negative score here. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT. They will charge you unreasonable fees after moving out without any notice. My contract says I can move out by giving one month ahead notification to the office, and I confirmed that with the manager Glena. The contract and the manager never mentioned the lease break fee. However, they still charged me 3x months for breaking the lease after I move out!!! Almost $2000!!! I tried to contact them to resolve it, but they never replied. Instead, they just sold this debt to the 3rd

Appartment is on the older side but you can see the Complex is making improvements. One huge plus is the Property Manager Jenny she is super helpful and has a accommodated every request. On the things she can remedy on the spot she does. If it’s something that requires an outside vendor to fix, she gets the process started. It’s real refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their job. For the price and being in the middle of Lafayette it’s worth every penny.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you do, make sure you consult with GOD first. I got my car towed three times because of an expired parking permit. You would think the manager would ensure everyone has one; they only care about rent no empathy for humans at all. Also, the place is trashy like previous reviewers have said

Roaches. I keep a very clean home and we have a serious roach issue. I do not know if it’s just the unit I was given or what but it’s gotten to the point of getting in our clothing! It’s beyond just spraying it needs to be actually exterminated. Why say pest control is included in the rent when they don’t come every month like most complexes. They are in our clothes! I don’t even stay home on the weekend it’s getting so bad and I pay to live here! There’s no reason my spotless home should have roaches in every room! In clothes! In the cabinets! In the closets! My experience is purely based on emails sent back and forth from someone named Lisa. I originally found the listing on social media and I inquired about it but it was an automated response and I was promoted to leave my email to schedule a tour. I got an email back almost immediately which I was really surprised about. Whoever is on the other end of the emails very professionally sent me what unit was available and went ahead and gave me a date and time to come in and tour. I’ve been living here for 3years. There’s always new management every 6 months. Every new management that they have, change rules & regulations. At first I loved this place the first two management’s were super amazing, very understanding. Most importantly worked with us when out of employment.Now I’m ready to leave and give up my lease.… Especially now since we’re in a pandemic and there’s no help at all knowing everyone’s struggling with employment or hours. The property manager at Eagle Run is super helpful. Victoria is so proud of her property and it shows! While touring she pointed out the swimming pools, the grounds, the great location of the property and her cozy apartment homes! I would recommend Eagle Run to anyone looking for a great apartment with reasonable rent!

Management is wonderful. Victoria is professional and courteous and really goes out of her way to provide for residents. She always handles needs promptly and even text when packages arrive. I absolutely love the diverse and friendly residents. It is close to the university and park. It is a great place to live.

Very Comfortable apartments overall! i have been staying here for a few years & the whole facility is very cozy. They are currently working on the roofs & are "modernizing" alot of things around the apartment complex. While there have been management issues in the past, the current manager and maintenance man at the building are very kind and seem… very eager to help you with any concerns. i would definitely recommend checking out these apartments, especially if you're a student attending UL. These apartment buildings are not far from UL Campus, easily within biking distance. Great

Been here 2 years and one of the worst apartments I stayed at so far. Within them 2 years I then had 5 different managers, that may have had experience or didn’t, but problems kept on happening. For one my air… conditioning has went out 3 times since been staying here. It’s a small one bedroom apartments so it gets hot fast..They’re good for tell you last minute notices too, for example they started working on the roof for about 3 months and didn’t tell ANYBODY before doing so. Cause unexpected loud stomping on my roof at 8:00 in the morning everyday! Then left nail
