Been living here for more than a year so far. Apartments are old so come with the woes of an older building. When I first moved here it was a consistent fight with roaches. Overtime, I have been able to limit the roaches but still deal with the occasional. Studio apartments do not nearly have enough storage space in them. Great prices overall for apartments in Lafayette. Good for working class families but apartments are fairly bare bones.

The apartment manager is never in her office. I’ve gone 30 minutes after they open and she isn’t there. She rarely answers phone calls for important matters. Her promises are never kept. I’ve had her tell me the she would get important papers to me by putting them on the door of the apartment and this never happens. It takes two minutes to walk from the office to my apartment and she can’t even manage that. It takes days to get a hold of these people. Sick of the management from this place. Horribly unprofessional and they waste my time and money not doing THEIR JOB.

This is not an ideal place to live. I have grown incredibly impatient with the staff here due to not being able to get in touch with anyone in the office. I have had to call other apartment complex’s under the same management to get any form of of maintenance. I have an upstairs apartment and I can literally hear my downstairs neighbors conversations when they’re not even talking loud. Dogs always barking, loud music always playing, things always breaking and barely ANY hot water. If you are considering living at The Gallery, don’t! The office manager somehow finds time to schedule bake sales

I've been living here for over a year, and I like it, but in October of this year, nightmares haunted me, often waking up at midnight. I was so frightened that I dared not go back to live there. I dare not even approach the apartment. I spent a couple of nights in the gym, McDonald's and car, and I collapsed. When I went to pay the November rent at the end of October, I told the staff about it. She told me that I could leave the apartment, not counting my default. I left there on the evening of November 2, because No. 3 and No. 4 are weekends, office rest, and on the morning of No. 5 I handed over

I lived there for 2 1/2 years and don't know what the guy is talking about with rats. Never seen rats ever. Safe area and never had issues with my vehicles. Tiffany and Christina are the best! Great Customer Service! Always doing things for the tenants like jambalaya, chili, subway diners/lunches. Love the money tree: pay on time and on the 3rd month you get to draw a number that is tied to a dollar amount that you get off your rent.

Love my apartment! Gallery's renovated apartments are beautiful and very modern. Never had trouble with other tenants. Great community! Management is super friendly and great to work with, constantly making positive advancements to the place, pools stay clean, and location is perfect. I Definitely recommend living here!

Meh, it's not the best of course nor is it the worst place to live I guess. The good is that when there's an issue its taken care of very very quickly. Also the maintenance guys are GREAT GREAT GREAT! The downside is I've had rats in my apartment, one thing which I've never ever seen. I'm not talking about mice, I mean RATS, big things. Which I've had to go and buy traps and take care of the issue myself. As well as a large amount of roaches here, another issue which I've taken care of myself. Also the parking lot SUCKSSSS it's horrible. Small parking slots
