Whispering Oaks Apartments

Every time I walk past my pool I’m greeted with birds and sunshine!! Love the location and atmosphere before work every morning! Never had any issues with neighbours/office staff! Affordable and quiet; safe and good location near Johnston so it’s easy to access the city.

I enjoy my stay Whispering Pines everyone was so kind . Ms. Connie , you’re the best .

Be aware if you apply for one of the apartments that It may not actually be available and that once you put a deposit down it is not refundable. My husband and I applied for an apartment that was still occupied by another tenant and still has not moved out. We were told she was moving out on Aril 30th but she is still living there. The manager Connie is not as friendly as she seems and very hard to get a hold of. We were very unhappy to hear we couldn't get our deposit back considering our situation! 😔 We do not recommend living here 😒 we shouldn't have to pay for the deposit if the apartment

Quiet place. Other than that management tries I guess you can say. Literally have to pay 25 cash just to get into my own apartment when I was locked out. What kind of apartment complex dosent have a master key. As long as you have no problems that need to be takin care of it's a nice quiet place. Just hope and pray you dont need much help.

I've been living here for over 3 years and honestly it's been extremely comfortable. No real issues, it's fairly quiet, and the property manager here is amazing! Ms. Connie goes above and beyond for all of the residents here and we love and appreciate it here! You can get just about anything you need within 1.5 miles of this place, it's great for people that bike and walk. I know I am not moving to another complex, unless I get a house, this place is HOME.

Amazing place with great prices! Mrs. Connie is every renter's dream! She does everything she can to take care of her residents. Every staff member here is a joy to see and they always get the job done! Apartments are always clean upon move in and any maintenance is quickly taken care of. Residents are great a neighborly too! This is truly one of the best communities.

When waiting to move into the apt me and my gf are in now, the COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE! The apt manager Connie is never in the office and never answers the phone! I’ve had to deal with bad drainage and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone during regular office hours. I had to call the emergency number in order to try and get help, which they didn’t help much. I had to flag down the maintenance man. So at that point yes I was frustrated and did come off wrong.Then Connie finally wanted to call me and try and have and attitude and tell me I didn’t call the office , when I had a witness

DON'T move here. Connie is very rude & nasty. She's very hard to get in contact with & then she'll make up lies about trying to reach out. When my hot water tank flooded my apartment, there was no since of urgency in getting the situation handled & they left the moldy carpet in the apartment. Just overall a bad experience. They need to fire Connie. I've tried to report her multiple times but she refuses to give info on her boss. Very nasty old lady!!!!

Me and my wife lived at these apartments, for 3 years and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Mrs. Connie and the maintenance staff were always resourceful and helpful. If there was ever an issue with anything 1 call or a voicemail and they were on it. We enjoyed our apartment newsletters every month with the calenders, FYI it always has some good deals in the back of it (Good savings$$$$). Sometimes parking was an issue, an I suppose that there were a lot of new tenants, but the area is nice and with little to no noise around us. I liked the location cause we're about 3 min drive to the shopping center

I am a resident of 5 years. I love living here. The property manger Mrs. Connie is amazing and cares for her residents. It feels like home here. Emily the housekeeper is such a hard worker and so sweet. Natanael, maintenance, does the work orders on time and always has a smile. I recommend Whispering Oaks for your home.
