I don’t recommend this company and or service!
They had me waiting for 3HOURS! On the freeway!
I called several times and every time they answered,
They said the tow truck driver will be there in 15/20
Minutes! Plus we had agreed on a prize which they said was a firm prize and they summed the prize plus 30% tax! After all the B.S.#€* really bad service
The only nice guy was the driver! Thanx jimmy!
Of coarse who wouldn’t be nice after 3 fu#%*ing HOURS

This tow company is amazing. Alfonso was my driver. Called and got a quote that was more than reasonable. Scheduled a time and Alfonso was there right on time. His communication with me was superb. Picked up and loaded my dad’s old 56 Chevy truck and dropped it off at the destination without any issues. He even helped position it a lil bit in the garage. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future. Thanks Alfonso!

Fast response, super professional, and low car friendly. Had my car die out on me on 1/21/18 because the gas station filled the gas e85 pump with diesel causing my car to die out on me around 12 midnight. Alfonso came through within 10 min down in Arleta, managed to pick up my car on his bed within 20 min with out a problem even though it was super low. Towed me down about 10 miles to my shop at a reasonable price. Definitly recommend this towing company for anyone who's in the San Fernando Valley or in the valley in General.

Great ! Patti and the mechanics were honest and efficient. I brought my jeep Grand Cherokee in for a mysterious electrical short. They told me that I would be charged an $80 labor fee plus the cost of parts, only if they found the problem. After 3 days of searching the jeep from hood to trunk, they threw in the towel and suggested that I take the jeep to the dealer. Patti said that if her mechanics couldn't find the issue, no other small shop could. Community Auto Service keep their word. I wasn't charged any money for their unsuccessful search! Wow, an honest mechanic shop.
