Yesterday morning was my first time at Boles. First, I mixed my days up. My apt was actually Wed and I wrote down Thurs. :( They still fit me in. They were incredibly nice and personable. We talked the whole time. Mark explained exactly what he was doing to my car and educated on what my car needed in the future. You could immediately tell that he was honest and cared about taking care of his clients. He is involved in the community as well and works to promote positive change. He is unlike any mechanic I have ever experienced. My husband and I will be continuing to come to him for any of our car

I moved to Charlotte about 4 years ago and trying to find an honest mechanic that I could trust was a chore. As a women I can truthfully say Mark Boles is a very realiable mechanic, Been to see him with 3 cars and all the problems were resolved at a very reasonable price. He takes the time to explain the problem and the best way to resolve/fix the issue. Very personable guy who loves what he does and enjoys people. I have never felt more comfortable with any mechanic (including dealer ships) as I do with him! Highly recommended!

If you want top notch quality service with down to earth decent, honest, trustworthy, exceptionally talented skill and KNOW that you are NOT being taken advantage of, then this is your place and Mark is your mechanic! I can't say enough good things about this guy. He is the best and if he can't do what you need done, he will refer you to who can. He won't leave you hanging and he won't take advantage of you.

Every time I get my car worked on I feel as if the owner cares.... never any pressure to buy unnecessary items and the owner explains everything in detail so you understand what’s wrong, what’s been fixed, and what’s possible to come in the future!
