Vehicles left in this facility for more than 3 days after finished the authorized repair will be charged $25 storage fees per day. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto, until such time as cash payment has been made in full According to NC law, you have 10 days.

Went to get my car fixed and I was impressed by the affordable cost but it ended up costing me much more in the end. When I picked up my car my windshield was cracked and when I told them about it they offered to fix but I was given the run around trying to get it accomplished. I had to lose hours at work just to get it fixed and then after getting it fixed I was accused of lying about it being broken. I was told that the mechanic that was working on it said it was cracked before he had worked on it but he no longer worked there so there was no proving what he said. I didn't like being accused

Being new in Charlotte and having had previous a/c problems on my car, I was looking for a mechanic that was honest, trustworthy and stood behind his work. This shop is it, the compressor was priced competitively and ready as quoted and has a one year warranty. This shop will have my repeat business, this is a good location to UNCC. Thank you very much and I am sincerely relieved to have a/c again.
