I called around everywhere looking for a 6x12 trailer and nobody had any or they never answered the phone until I called Eagle Trailers! Lacey was super nice and very helpful. She ended up having a trailer that needed to be put together and would take five days which was fantastic but then she called back later that day saying they found one and that I could come and pick it up the next day! Wow, what great customer service and I can't say enough good things about this company. Top notch!!!

Went in last week to get a quote for a 4x5 utility trailer ramp only and erik told me 400 bucks.
Today I called and same dude told me 450 bucks! What a scam!
Asked him I don't want the labor just the material then which on average should be around 250- 300. He still said 450.
Anyone know else where where I can just purchase the material alone without no labor for under 400.??
I'll be making sure everyone knows too all over.

After my initial review I received a cal from Rick and he said that they would like to build a new trailer to replace my current trailer. I do not know how long this will take, however kudos on the response and solution.
Terrible customer service. I purchased a trailer in November of 2020 from Freeway Trailer in Tacoma, WA. I use the trailer to haul a UTV and I was assured the trailer was strong enough to based on the weight of the UTV. March 17th I noticed cracks on the frame and some welds at the back of the trailer. I contacted the place of purchase and they were quick to respond saying

Figure something else out. We needed a custom trailer due to storage limitations and our experience with the company was one of the worst we have had with a company in a long time. Just trying to get information for how it would be built was like pulling teeth and several times our emails were never even responded to. That should have been the first sign.
