Curtis Trailers

We love our trailer and the service was great but caution: they will let you pull a trailer off thier lot even if it is unsafe. Our Tundra we owned could tow the new trailer but it was over the payload of our truck. We ended up have to purchase a new truck and I don't think this is uncommon in the industry. Money over safety.

We got a great deal on a new Intech Flyer Explorer toy hauler, and drove from San Diego to pick it up. Stan was our salesman and he couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, or helpful. We arrived and got exactly what we expected, no surprises. We’d definitely drive 18 hours again to support this customer focused business!

By far the worst experience with a dealership. Not even a year after having the trailer we took it to the service repair 2 times for siding issues and we advised the dealership what was happening and what was needed and they ignored us, did a weak repair both times and then COVID hit and so didn’t go anywhere and when we took it out finally the siding where the repairs happened was showing delaminating. We reached out to Curtis and the manufacturer and because Curtis told the manufacturer this was lack of maintenance on our part, the manufacturer will not help us. They are the worst dealership

Charlie did a great job helping us get into our Lance 1172 truck camper! He ensured that our truck was well equipped to handle the heavy-weight dual slide truck camper. He and the staff took their time to walk us through each detail on how to use the camper. Charlie even gave us his cell# in case we had any questions post sale and he responds right away. Fantastic customer service, customer experience, genuine care, and follow-through. We're so happy with the selection, price, and service at Curtis Trailers in PDX and in Aloha/Beaverton!

I had great customer service at Curtis Trailer. From the phone receptionist, the service department, to the parts department and the contractor that drove 100+miles to install our new refrigerator. Sam in the parts department was exceptional as was the installer, Tony.
