Yes, pets must be under 75 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!

Proof of Renters Insurance The Parsons Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish.

Wonderful experience living at the Parsons. My fiancé and I were there for almost 3 years before moving out of state. Clean facilities and pool. No experience dealing with bugs, plenty of parking, no theft while living there. Jill was by far the best community manager we’ve had. She knew all of the community by name and always went above and beyond to help us out. Would be a 3-4 star review if Jill was not there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, stylish place to live in the heart of Costa Mesa.

I have been speaking with Jill and she has been extremely helpful and patient with me. She is so nice and knowledgeable and I am glad to have found this complex after shopping around for weeks. I love living at the Parsons. It's a quaint complex but walking distance to all the fun shopping centers and fancy restaurants. The rent price is fantastic for the location and that's hard to find in Costa Mesa. It's all about location and this is nestled behind the busy Harbor boulevard, so there isnt much traffic or congestion on our street at all. Lastly is the staff; Leisah, Jesse and Jessye are fabulous property managers and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend this complex.

I can't stress enough how much I love living here! I moved in about six months ago and I definitely plan to renew my lease, maybe even a few times :) I love the modern design, the pool/gym/laundry facilities are always kept clean and never crowded. Leisah and Jesse always go above and beyond for us! The move in process was quick and couldn't be easier. It's located right by the freeway, beaches, and so many restaurants/shops. I could go on and on, but I would definitely recommend to everybody!

I was a resident for two years in the single bedroom units. I would normally not go out of my way to write a bad review but they have also withheld our deposit past the 21 day limit. I don’t want to pursue formal means but they won’t return calls or emails. We were very clean tenants who were told that we would get the full deposit back after the inspection with The maintenance guy.So hopefully this can help bring it to the attention of the right people. For what you pay here get something less gritty, safer, with better service.
