Services
Dr. Lim received her BS and MS in Chemistry and Chemical Toxicology from George Washington University. She worked at Johns Hopkins Cancer Research Center for several years. She received her DDS from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1991 and has been providing excellent dental care for the past 30 years in the Washington Metropolitan area.

I knew something wasn’t right from the very first impression I got from this office - the receptionist. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion on my “cavity” that she said she’d have to treat after numbing me, and it turned out that it wasn’t a cavity. Instead, my new dentist found an actual cavity that she was able to show me that Dr. Lim wasn’t able to find.

Wonderful experience! The office staff is so friendly and Dr. Lim Is very very thorough and courteous. She is sitting with you and gives you all details for works to be done. She really did a great job, and with no pain! I will recommend her to my friends and family! I am very happy to have found an excellent dentist!

The waiting room was nice and comfy. The staff was small, but it was quality over quantity. Dr Lim took notes while I was describing my tooth pain and how it developed over time. Since I was the last patient before she has to closed down due to the virus, she decided to do the operation on the same day. Quick and painless I was out the door quickly. Couple weeks after I have no pain or complications.

I've been going here since I was a kid. Dr. Lim's consistent efforts in her patients' wellbeing, her attentive and calm nature during any procedure, and just the sheer comfort when you're being treated makes this place a dental appointment to look forward to. I'm so happy to have found a home dentist that truly feels like home! You're always greeted with the warmest welcome, and the entire process from check in to check out is quick and efficient. Sadly greedy dentists that overcharge their customers to earn a bigger paycheck still linger around these parts. It's a great service that Yelp provides for real people (and not the dentist, or their secretary inputting fake reviews) to provide their input.

I discovered this office as they were the only one in my area OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. This is the most professional office I've ever been to, not to mention Dr. Lim and her staff are extremely kind and understanding. I've never been this comfortable coming to a dentist office but I've had such great experiences that I recommended this office to my family and now we all come here!! I've been going to dr. Lim now for the past 4 years. I've had 5 root canal work and various cleaning and crown work done for my teeth. She is very professional and considerate for the pain I had to endure during the treatment. I gave her a five star because I appreciate the quality of her work. The root canal was done thoroughly, and my crown is still strong after the years. I will recommend others who want quality dental work. She also speaks Korean which may help others with communications.

I have been going to Dr. Lim's DDS since I was young and I always loved the way she does her treatments. She has this gentleness that doesn't seem a hand is invading your mouth. She is very bright and offers good service to her customers. When she finds a "problem", she really means there is a problem. It's a money's worth coming here. Most importantly of all, she has this genuinely sense of care. There aren't many doctors like that. I highly recommend her.

I've been coming to Dr. Lim since I was 9 years old. Over the years she has done my braces, cavities if I ever had them, and any and all treatments. Her cleanings are super thorough, and when she hired a staff member that didn't do a good job on my cleaning, I noticed she immediately trainer her, but eventually ended up replacing her.
I have perfectly straight and extremely white teeth, and i think its in part due to her diligence, kindness, expertise and instruction over the years so I took care of my teeth properly.
