As a long time resident of Virginia, Dr. Trieu has always wanted to provide quality care to the people in his local community.
He grew up in the area and has 5 siblings, 4 sisters and 1 brother. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and attended the Advanced General Dentistry certificate from the University of Maryland. Prior to starting his new practice Dr. Trieu worked as a dental associate where he constantly tries to stay on top of latest advancements in dental care.

Services
An esthetic tooth colored restoration selected to match and restore your tooth back to function. Unlike fillings, these are full coverage restorations that are recommended in cases of fractured teeth, little remaining tooth structure as to prevent further breakdown. Cavity has compromised integrity of tooth, tooth is fractured, excessive bite forces on posterior teeth.

Best dentist office i've ever been to, Staff from upper to rear echelon, professional, courteous, and ALL treated me with respect and were concerned about my pain, my comfort level, and my comprehension of the procedure i was having done, and explained to me the financial aspect of my case in detail. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE OVERALL and in today's world this is a rarity.

Hai and his team are the BEST in the smile business! BEST 'bedside" service, always on time for appointments, and just great fun people to be around for what is generally not considered a desired appointment. Hai is skilled in his craft, and always at the forefront of the latest technology and techniques being leveraged in the space. Over ten years together, and I hope he never retires!

This facility is a joke. They try to con you into unnecessary services to make money off patients. If you don’t sign paperwork for their expensive out of pocket services they will deny you service and have their entire staff standing over you. The entire environment is extremely uncomfortable and something I’d never expect at a dentist office. The Dr. emphasized to me that everything he does costs him so my family and I should expect things to cost. How disrespectful. I am with child and do not need to be under any additional stress being a geriatric carrier.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Trieu for my dental care for several years now. He’s very friendly and his explanations always make it easy for a person unfamiliar with the nitty gritty of teeth to understand. I’m always taken back on time which is greatly appreciated because ain’t nobody got time to waste! Gisela does a great job with my cleaning. I have seen other hygienists as well who are great too. All in all, the office has great professionalism and courtesy, so I definitely recommend True Smile for a pleasant dental experience.

DR. HAI TRIEU is so money hungry that it’s scary. If you are willing to pay a price for his recommendations outside of what you need done he becomes extremely condescending and will just walk off on you. Many said the problem is that they don’t have Aetna. Well I do and I went to see him with an issue with a tooth and he denied servicing me because he wanted me to pay thousands for a service I could not afford. If your pockets aren’t deep enough for him please don’t waste your time. I literally drove over an hour to come to this unprofessional facility and have such a terrible experience

I have moved often for my job, so have been to many dentists in the last decade. I can say without a doubt, True Smile is BY FAR the best dentist I have ever been to. They are extremely competent. It is not often that you find people who devote themselves to mastery of their craft anymore. The professionals at True Smile clearly have devoted themselves to excellence in dental health. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
