Had a great stay, very nice little inn on the banks of the Mississippi. The room was huge the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and the room was clean. A bonus was a beautiful trail right out the front

An older motel, but the value is great. There are single rooms and kitchenettes with separate sleeping quarters. Has a nice deck overlooking the locks and the Mississippi river and the Minnesota bluffs. A gas grill is available. Nice, short hiking bluff right next to the motel. A winery with great local wines and relaxing atmosphere within a short drive

So clean, such nice owner operators. What staying in a motel use to be before all the chains took over. What you want as a part of the great American tradition of road trips.

The best of what you remember a family owned 70s motel to be is what you find at Little Bluff Inn.
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, covid-safe atmosphere. A real feeling of safety & security.

Just finished a 3 night stay at the Little Bluff Inn! We were boating on the river and got caught in a rainstorm. The owners were nice enough dry all our wet beach towels!! Thanks so much!!!

A wonderful place to stay in Trempeleau! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice chairs outside the rooms to sit with coffee in the morning or a favorite beverage in the evening. There was a beautiful patio for sitting or you could enjoy an evening fire around the wonderful fire pit. All offering beautiful views and within a very short walk of bars, restaurants, and shops. Will definitely stay there again!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet and exactly what we were looking for in a get away. There was plenty to do in the area and the hosts were so helpful. They gave us great suggestions of things to eat and do and were very attentive without being around to much. I would highly recommend Little Bluff Inn to anyone staying in the area.

Trempealeau is a cool little town and we would recommend staying there if you're visiting the area and the Little Bluff Inn was much to our liking. Fairly reasonably priced at $79, great location and very nice owners. Be sure to take the short hike up to the top of the bluff right behind the motel to gain a little knowledge of the history of the area. If you're looking for a place to eat we would recommend you go down to the Trempealeau Hotel restaurant.
